Ghislaine Maxwell Trial Update Week 3: Final Accuser Testifies, a Peek into Epstein and Maxwell’s World

Ryan DeLarme,
December 13th, 2021

Happy Monday everyone. The prosecution rested its case on Friday after calling the final accuser, Annie Farmer, to the stand. The defense won’t be presenting their case until this Thursday, and the word is still out as to whether or not jurors will from Maxwell herself.

Despite the 3-day break in the trial, there’s still plenty of information go over regarding the final accuser and some of the crime scene pictures from Epstein and Maxwell’s various estates.

The fourth and final accuser took the stand Friday and explained to jurors how the alleged madam gave her a nude massage and groped her as a teenager at Epstein’s Zorro Ranch in New Mexico.

Annie Farmer – the only accuser who’s chosen to use her full name – said that she was “lured” to the ranch after meeting Epstein through her sister months prior because she believed the duo viewed her as “a student they may want to help.”

Farmer said that she was comfortable going to the ranch in part because Maxwell was there and she understood her to be Epstein’s girlfriend.

While visiting the sprawling estate, Epstein and Maxwell took her shopping, bought her some expensive cowboy boots, and took her to see the film “Primal Fear”.

While waiting for the movie, Epstein and Maxwell began fooling around. During the film, Maxwell pulled Epstein’s pants down in front of Farmer, who was a 16 at the time, and Epstein began to caress the young girl’s leg and foot as he sat between her and Maxwell.

At one point during her visit, Maxwell taught a young Annie how to massage Epstein’s feet and asked her if she herself would like a massage. Maxwell set up a massage table in the room Farmer had been staying in and asked the girl to strip down naked.

“She started rubbing my body, my back, and my legs. She was making small talk, then at some point, she had me roll over so I was laying on my back… She pulled the sheet down and exposed my breasts and started rubbing on my chest and my upper breasts,” Farmer testified, adding that she felt “frozen” in fear during the rubdown.

“I wanted so badly to get off the table and have this massage be done,” she said.

The door to the room was open during the massage, and Farmer said she could “sense” Epstein could see her, but did not recall him specifically looking at her as Maxwell touched her.

Also during the trip, Farmer said, Epstein crawled into bed with her one morning and said he wanted to “cuddle.”

“He climbed into bed with me, reached his arms around me, pressed his body into mine,” she said.

“At that time I just wanted the weekend to be over. I was very aware I was isolated on this ranch with these two people,” Farmer told Pomerantz.

When asked to describe the “sexualized” experiences she had with Epstein and Maxwell that weekend, Farmer said she believed the pair were working to normalize the behavior in an attempt to sexually abuse her.

“It was all a pattern of them confusing my boundaries, making me question myself about what was right and what was not right,” she said.

She was lured into Maxwell and Epstein’s orbit months earlier, when she visited her older sister, Maria, in New York in December 1995.

Maria Farmer, an artist, had been working for Epstein and introduced her younger sister to the disgraced financier at his Upper East Side mansion when she traveled to see her sister in New York.

During the New York trip, Epstein took the sisters to see a movie and similarly rubbed Annie’s foot and arm and held her hand at the show — but stopped touching her when he was in view of Maria, she said.

When he touched her at the movie in New Mexico, in front of Maxwell, he was more blatant, she said.

“He did not seem to be concerned about hiding this behavior,” Farmer said.

On cross-examination, Maxwell defense attorney Laura Menninger sought to downplay the sexual nature of the massage and the time Epstein climbed into bed with Farmer.

She asked Farmer if Maxwell touched her nipples during the massage and if Epstein touched her with his “erect penis.”

Farmer responded no to both questions.

In addition to the final accuser’s testimony, we have a substantial amount of photographs giving a small peek into Epstein and Maxwell’s world.

Virgin Islands — Little St. James & Great St. James

Most notorious is Epstein’s island, commonly referred to as “pedo” island, where victims have described in detail trying to swim off the shore in shark-infested water, almost drowning to escape the abuse they faced at the hands of Epstein and his colleagues.

Epstein purchased Little St. James, which spans over 70 acres, in 1998 for only $7.95 million at the time.

In 2016, shortly before his arrest, he bought the larger Great St. James islands for $17.5 million.

The islands are estimated to be worth a combined $240 million today.

The only way to access the island is by boat or plane. Epstein usually boarded his private plane to fly to St. Thomas’ international airport, where he would then board a helicopter that whisked him to his private islands.

A few days after his Aug. 10 death, FBI agents and NYPD officials raided Little St. James, which locals told authorities they had nicknamed “Pedophile Island.”

Many lawsuits against Epstein and his estate allege that Epstein sexually assaulted many girls and women on the islands.

Over the years, Epstein built Little St. James, which he referred to as “Little St. Jeff’s,” to include a villa with a library, a Japanese bathhouse, and a movie theater.

Initially, the island had the main house, three guest cottages, a caretaker’s cottage, a private desalination system, a helipad, and a dock.

By 2008, Epstein’s estate on Little St. James had about 70 staff.

In February, executors of Epstein’s estate claimed they would not be able pay out money to the perv’s victims if the US Virgin Islands attorney general is allowed to freeze his assets, new court papers show.

AG Denise George’s office had asked a judge to freeze his assets following an announcement that the administrator of the Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program would have to pause making claim offers since the estate couldn’t currently replenish the fund.

The island remains in contention between the courts and Epstein’s estate today — but it is expected to go on sale in the coming year, sources told The Post.

Glaser had announced from the onset of his purchase his plans to demolish the property.

Located at 358 El Brillo Way, the funds from the sale have been allocated to the victims’ compensation program to make payments to Epstein’s victims.

“I only got involved in the sale of Jeffrey Epstein’s residence to ensure it would be wiped off the map of Palm Beach,” Lawrence Moens, who represented the listing, told the Palm Beach Daily News at the time.

A document discovered by the feds on a hard drive in Epstein’s townhouse detailed his intimate relationship with Maxwell, FBI digital forensic examiner Stephen Flatley testified in Manhattan federal court last Tuesday. The file was created on a desktop by someone logged in as the user “GMax” on Oct. 14, 2002.

“Jeffrey and Ghislaine have been together as a couple for the last 11 years,” the note started. “They are, contrary to what people think, rarely apart, I almost always see them together.”

The duo was described as “thick as thieves,” with the file noting, “they compliment each other really well.”

The document went on to describe the British socialite as “highly intelligent and great company with a ready smile and an infectious laugh” who puts people at ease.

“Jeffrey and Ghislaine share many mutual interests and they have a lot of fun together,” it continued. “On top of being partner’s [sic] they are also best of friends,” it said.

Previously owned by Victoria’s Secret mogul and Epstein associate Les Wexner, the townhouse was built in 1930 for an heir to the Macy’s department store fortune.

Epstein purchased the house for $20 million in 1998.

Special Agent Kelly Maguire testified Monday that her team “forced entry” into the home on July 6, 2019, after no one answered the door, and swept through all 40 rooms.

When federal authorities raided the home, they found creepy artwork in the lair, including a painting that depicted Clinton wearing a blue dress and high heels while kicking his feet up in a chair.

Investigators also found a taxidermied tiger and poodle in the house.

The pedophile allegedly molested and sexually assaulted dozens of women and girls at the estate after luring them into the house by asking for massages.

Known as “Zorro Ranch,” it went up for sale in July for $27.5 million, two years after Epstein’s death.

Property records show Epstein purchased the ranch in 1993 from Gary King, who served as New Mexico’s 30th attorney general at the time. The purchase consisted of private and leased federal lands.

After heightened allegations resurfaced against Epstein in 2019 concerning his involvement with underage girls, the state land commissioner ended the grazing deal with him.

“We are officially canceling the leases with Zorro Ranch and Cypress Inc.,” state Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard told local KRQE station at the time. “I would never sign any lease agreements or contracts with such individuals as Jeffery Epstein or any of his co-conspirators.”

Made up of 7,600 acres, the compound is located south of Sante Fe.

Epstein reportedly had plans to turn the compound into a baby-making factory where he would inseminate victims.

The ranch includes a three-story, four-bedroom main house, a nearby caretaker’s residence, horse stables, a firehouse and a yurt. There is also a grass airstrip and hangar for when Epstein would fly in on his private plane.

“The proceeds from the sale are expected to be used for the estate’s regular administration, including its payment as necessary of taxes, creditors and claimants,” Daniel H. Weiner, who represents Epstein’s estate, told The Post.

Epstein also had a Paris estate that went up for sale last month for $13.5 million.

Jeffrey Epstein’s Immaculate Zorro Ranch Seen in Eerie Footage as Evidence Sent to Feds after Ghislaine Maxwell

Katy Forrester,
July 7th, 2020

Aerial photographs and video, exclusively obtained by The Sun, show the infamous 10,000 acre New Mexico estate, where Epstein assaulted young girls, with the help of alleged ‘pimp’ Ghislaine Maxwell.

A few employees are still working at the site in the New Mexico desert seen here from the skies, but the multi-room white mansion is believed to be unoccupied.

All of the curtains are drawn and the ‘Z’ logo is still visible on the side of the building.

Epstein reportedly had the warped idea of using the ranch for inseminating women with his sperm with the aim of creating a ‘master race’. (EDITORS NOTE: As far as I know this is unconfirmed, sounds a little sci-fi but in 2020 nothing is a surprise anymore.)

Creepy images of the idyllic ranch show all the gardens in seemingly perfect condition, with luscious green lawns, shrubs, and large trees.

Investigators are now believed to be probing claims made by a number of women, who say they were trafficked and abused at the ranch.

The infamous ranch stands idle as mystery surrounds its manager, who allegedly vanished after pedophile Epstein hanged himself while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges.

One source claimed Brice Gordon and his wife Karen, who have been listed at the Stanley address since the early 2000s, allegedly “disappeared” after Epstein’s death last year, with locals speculating they moved to New Zealand.

But another source told The Sun this week the couple could still be at the property, choosing to lay low since Ghislaine’s arrest this week.

“Brice and Karen are originally from New Zealand and many thought they had moved back, but they are believed to still be maintaining the ranch,” a source said.

“They also have a rental in Santa Fe which they lease to a friend, and appear to be keeping a very low profile.

“There used to be horses and cattle on the land, but there are no animals as the stables and fields remain empty.

“There is never any answer at the intercom and the large double gates are surrounded by an array of signs warning against trespass,” following a recent break-in.

Once a playground for Epstein and his alleged ‘madam’, Ghilslaine, who reportedly threw lavish dinner parties and frolicked in the indoor pool with famous visitors, it is now mostly deserted.

A red truck is the only vehicle seen parked near the garages in the entrance way to the hilltop mansion, while a row of colorful farm machinery is kept undercover close to the workers’ cottages, a mile from the main house.

A large greenhouse stands idle, and a beautiful fountain in the courtyard, once enjoyed by guests, has been shut off.

Locals are annoyed the ranch has not been raided, but investigators from the Attorney General’s Office have been working since last year to assist lead federal prosecutors – by interviewing those listed in Epstein’s infamous ‘Little Black Book’.

Epstein’s address book, which featured 1,510 contacts, including staff, alleged victims, celebrities and politicians, some of which say they never met the pedophile, first emerged in court after Epstein’s former property manager, Alfredo Rodriguez, tried to sell it for $50,000. Gawker then published it in 2015.

In a statement, Matt Baca, Chief Counsel for the Attorney General’s Office, told The Sun this week: “Our office has provided investigative evidence to assist lead federal prosecutors, and the New Mexico Attorney General is asking that the Zorro Ranch be seized by federal authorities.”

It is not yet known who they have spoken to, or what evidence has been delivered to the Southern District of New York, which is continuing the investigation into the late financier’s alleged co-conspirators.

But an important legal hurdle has to be overcome as property can only be seized in criminal cases in New Mexico, which may explain the delay.

Zorro Ranch is also still being run by Cypress Inc, a company linked to Epstein.

Frank Fisher, public affairs specialist for the FBI’s office in Albuquerque, told The Sun there are “no announcements” yet regarding any investigation.

Angie Poss from the Land Office told The Sun she is worried the investigation is taking too long and any physical evidence may have been removed or even destroyed.

She is also concerned the information uncovered thus far may not be enough.

Poss, who was turned away at the gates when her agency attempted to inspect the site last year, says Brice and Karen never returned her calls.

Her office canceled a lease agreement for 1,200 acres, and Cypress Inc attempted to sue before reaching a non-monetary settlement.

“We’re still asking the same question the entire time, why is this the only property where the FBI hasn’t taken any action?” she said.

“I’m pretty frustrated that it wasn’t raided, and that was a feeling throughout our office, that nothing ever happened.

“I have been following it pretty closely, and there’s a little bit of renewed interest since Ghislaine was arrested, but I think documentary film crews have found out more about New Mexico than our State Attorney General has.”

She added: “Brice and Karen are nowhere to be found, and some folks were arrested for attempting to break-in, they stole something, I don’t know how they got in.”

According to The Santa Fe New Mexican, those arrested were relocating from California to Santa Fe when they decided to stop by and see what they could pick up.

Melanie Villegas, 25, and her husband Daryl Carson, 31, each face one charge of nonresidential burglary, criminal damage to property, possession of burglary tools, and larceny.

Santa Fe County sheriffs busted the pair after they allegedly drove onto the land in a black Dodge truck.

They were accused of breaking into a storage container and taking a “radiator of a French antique Citroën car that was converted into a mirror with glass shelving,” worth about $500.

When quizzed by cops, Villegas admitted they stopped by the secluded estate after seeing it featured in the Netflix documentary, Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich, about the pedophile’s twisted life.

The Santa Fe New Mexican names two members of staff who still work at Zorro Ranch – security guards Amber Chavez and Cynthia Cano.

Security guard Chavez first spotted the couple on the land, and as they attempted to drive away, she warned them: “Don’t do that, I have a gun and the police are on their way,” according to the police report.

The Sun can reveal both guards are also listed in Epstein’s ‘Little Black Book’ and are believed to have worked at the ranch for years.

The couple, who have been released on $2,500 unsecured appearance bonds, denied having any weapons in their truck, but a deputy found two firearms, along with a crowbar and bolt cutters.

They are expected to appear in Santa Fe County Magistrate Court on July 8.

The Sun has reached out to Chavez and Cano, along with Brice and Karen, who did not return our calls.
