Chris Wallace Suffering ‘Daily Breakdowns’ After Big Failure at CNN

Richard Bledsoe, The Western Journal
April 14, 2022

There’s an old idiom, “The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence.” It cautions against making an envious and perhaps mistaken comparison between a current situation and a potential new opportunity.

Veteran news anchor Chris Wallace must have forgotten that nugget of wisdom. In December 2021, Wallace left his secure position at top-rated Fox News and joined the failing “competitor” CNN.

Now, rumors suggest Wallace is unhappy and insecure in his new gig.

Journalist Jon Nicosia, a former managing editor of Mediaite and current president of News Cycle Media, shared the story on Twitter.

“SOURCE: Chris Wallace is ‘having daily breakdowns’ over the ‘miserable launch’ of CNN+. Wants a ‘CNN show or is threatening to walk’ they go on,” Nicosia wrote. “‘He is having staffers count how many times a day his promo is playing.’”

The irony is the new CNN+ service just had a titanic failure of a launch in March. There are already discussions of company layoffs happening as soon as May.

It seems not many customers want to pay for the type of programming they were not even watching when there was no extra cost for it.

The supposedly seasoned news veteran Wallace, 74, staked what remains of his career on this shaky proposition.

It was assumed Wallace would have his own show on the streaming service. It’s also assumed CNN paid him generously to switch. Wallace had been with Fox 18 years, and the Los Angeles Times estimated his annual salary there to be at least $5 million.

Wallace wasn’t gracious about leaving Fox either.

Besides making the announcement abruptly, Wallace trashed his former network in a New York Times interview published in March.

He sneered at the integrity of the network and its viewers, saying about his long tenure on Fox: “But I can certainly understand where somebody would say, ‘Gee, you were a slow learner, Chris.’”

Now Wallace is left griping about his diminished options as the CNN brand is in freefall.

Having his staff track make a daily, strange ritual of monitoring and recording the number of times his promotional clips are played suggests Wallace is paranoid about his stature at CNN, even as the network has struggled with multiple scandals.

CNN president Mark Zucker resigned in February after allegations of inappropriate conduct. In December 2021, anchor Chris Cuomo was fired and two producers left the company after being accused of sex crimes involving children.

Fox News does not miss Chris Wallace.

In fact, Maria Bartiromo, a Fox News and Fox Business Network host, has twice called out the former anchor for running interference for Joe Biden in this infamous exchange from the first presidential campaign debate on Sept. 29, 2020. Wallace was the debate moderator:

When the Hunter Biden laptop surfaced in a bombshell New York Post report two weeks later, it would almost certainly have been taken with more credibility if Wallace had not interfered like that. Maybe  Twitter and Facebook, not to mention the mainstream news media, would not have felt as safe squelching the story if it had been treated more seriously on a national stage by a well-known newsman.

Despite being on Fox, Chris Wallace was never a conservative, or even an objective journalist. He was always a part of the establishment media, concerned with advancing the establishment’s narrative, not delivering the news.

At least with him on the sinking ship of CNN, a lot fewer people will be exposed to Wallace’s brand of bias.

Slow Death of MSM: MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow to Scale Back to Mondays Only

Madeleine Hubbard
April 11th, 2022

EDITORS NOTE: With the recent firing of both Chris Cuomo and his convicted pedophile producer, the resignation of Jeff Zucker, and Brian Stelter waiting for the ax to fall, it must cause onlookers to wonder about the future of the MSM as we knew it.

Rachel Maddow on Monday announced that she will step back from her MSNBC show next month with plans to only be on air one day per week.

She told her audience that starting in May, she will only present on Mondays and will oversee a broader range of NBCUniversal projects instead, Variety reported.

“I do still have all these other irons in the fire, all these other things I’m working on that I want to bring to fruition, none of them are fast, all of them take a long time, and I’m still working on all of them,” the MSNBC anchor told her audience on Monday.

The network has not yet announced a successor for “The Rachel Maddow Show.”

After 13 years with MSNBC, Maddow ended rumors of a split with the network in August when she renewed her contract.

Hillary Clinton Campaign Pays $113,000 FEC Fine in Admission of Guilt for Producing Steele Dossier — Now Hopes Media Will Assist Them in Killing the Story

Jim Hoft
Published April 4, 2022

The DNC and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign agreed to pay $113,000 to settle a Federal Election Commission investigation into whether they violated campaign finance law.

That is according to documents sent Tuesday to the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, which had filed an administrative complaint in 2018 accusing the Democrats of misreporting payments made to a law firm during the 2016 campaign to obscure the spending – Via Huffington Post.

Kash Patel, the former National Security Council Senior Director of Counterterrorism, and the lead investigator for Rep. Devin Nunes in exposing the FBI’s involvement in the debunked Trump-Russia dossier, says Hillary Clinton and the DNC now hope this massive scandal will all just go away.

Of course, they are counting on the fake news mainstream media in closing the curtains on this massive fraud they perpetrated on the American public.

The Epoch Times reported:

The lead investigator for the House Intelligence Committee’s 2018 probe into the FBI’s investigation of alleged Trump–Russia collusion, Kash Patel, said the fact that the Hillary Clinton campaign is paying a penalty to Federal Election Commission (FEC) is an admittance of guilt. Clinton and DNC are doing so to bury the narrative and prevent more media coverage of these illegal activities, said Patel.

“I think the public sees what that is. It’s their way of burying the narrative, because if they contested what happens, more media coverage, more people start looking into these things,” Patel said.

“So the Hillary Clinton campaign is not contesting it, they’re paying the fine. It’s basically admitting that they did this and they’re out is: ‘we just don’t want a protracted legal deal, as if the Hillary Clinton campaign and DNC ever shied away from taking something or someone to court,” Patel added.

Clinton’s campaign and the DNC agreed to pay a combined $113,000 to the FEC, according to documents made public on March 30, after the commission found probable cause that the entities violated federal law by describing payments that ultimately went to the Fusion GPS research group as going toward legal services and consulting.

Hunter Biden Probe Broader Than We Ever Realized, Not Even Establishment Media Can Ignore What’s Happening Now

Elizabeth Stauffer, The Western Journal
March 31, 2022

The New York Times’ admission two weeks ago that the emails found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop were real was a signal to some of us that the Times was trying to get out ahead of something.

When The Washington Post, CNN, ABC and NBC acknowledged the emails were real on Wednesday, we knew something was up.

On Wednesday night and Thursday morning, multiple media outlets reported that the inquiry into Biden’s taxes which began several years ago has expanded to include possible money laundering and foreign lobbying violations.

On Wednesday, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News that an “increasing number of witnesses have appeared before a grand jury impaneled in Wilmington, Delaware,” over the past few months.

Witnesses are being asked about Biden’s finances, specifically his income from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where he served on the board of directors. Some have been questioned about “how he paid his taxes in recent years.”

Stop the censors, sign up to get today’s top stories delivered right to your inboxEmail Address:

Witnesses have included several of Biden’s former business associates, lobbyists and Lunden Roberts, with whom he had a child in 2018, according to CNN. More witnesses are scheduled to appear in the weeks ahead.

ABC’s sources said there has been no decision yet on whether Biden will be criminally charged. However, there has been debate among prosecutors “about whether Biden’s admitted past drug abuse could serve to undermine a criminal case over his financial decision-making.”

CBS’ Catherine Herridge reported on Thursday morning that the probe is “broader than previously known” and that two of Biden’s former business associates appeared before the grand jury last fall.

Herridge said that prosecutors are looking into Biden’s transactions with the Chinese energy company CEFC, an entity that Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley told his colleagues on Monday was “effectively an arm of the communist Chinese government.”

In 2017, she said, CEFC signed a $1 million retainer for Biden’s legal services. The client was CEFC official Patrick Ho, who was arrested and convicted on “international bribery and money laundering charges for unrelated work in Africa.”

During Grassley’s presentation to the Senate on Monday, he displayed an August 2017 receipt for a $165,000 payment from CEFC to Wells Fargo Clearing Services. He pointed out a notation near the bottom of the page that read “further credit to OWASCO PC” and informed his fellow senators that Owasco was one of Biden’s companies.

Grassley confirmed that this transaction was being made public for the first time and said he and Republican Sen. Ron Johnson would soon be rolling out more receipts.

In a 2021 interview with CBS, host Anthony Mason asked Biden if his father had benefited financially from any of his foreign business deals. Although rumors to the contrary have been swirling, Biden replied with a most emphatic no.

None of the stories from CBS, ABC or CNN on the probe seem to substantiate the attention it’s suddenly receiving. Biden has built his career upon selling access to his father. And this probe has been going on for years. So what’s the draw?

Here are some possibilities:

  1. Hunter Biden could be indicted.
  2. Evidence that President Joe Biden benefited financially from his son’s dealings could surface.
  3. Evidence that Joe Biden was well aware of his son’s underhanded business dealings could come to light.
  4. The story has simply become too big for the establishment media to hide. They have to at least pretend to be journalists.

Time will tell.

In the meantime, I think the real story is that the legacy media is reporting on this story at all.

IT BEGINS: UK Reporter Confronts Liar Fauci on Origins of COVID Virus in China Lab (VIDEO)

Jim Hoft
March 30, 2022

President Joe Biden’s chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci got called out for misinformation on COVID’s origins during a segment on BBC One’s “Sunday Morning” with Sophie Raworth on March 27, 2022.

Dr. Fauci said he was “misinterpreted.”

This is the first time a mainstream reporter confronted Fauci on his open lies about the origins of the COVID virus.

It must be nice to have an inkling of a legitimate news service.

Unfortunately, the BBC reporter did not do her research before the segment. We now know that Dr. Fauci and Dr. Dazcak initiated the call to publish the Lancet Study in February 2020 where they labeled any mention of a lab-created virus a “conspiracy” and attempted to suppress any challenges to their narrative.

We also know that in September 2021 Dr. Richard Ebright and 15 other top doctors eviscerated Dr. Dascak, Fauci and others for publishing the fraudulent document a year before.

The BBC reporter forgot to mention this. But at least she attempted to confront Fauci, something the fake news refuses to do in America.

HUNTER BIDEN DAM ABOUT TO BURST? WAPO, CNN GO SCORCHED EARTH OVER “LAPTOP FROM HELL”

Something strange is going on with the Hunter Biden laptop story.

As regular readers know, the New York Post was excommunicated from social media shortly before the 2020 US election by Big Tech for reporting on shady international business dealings by the Biden family – particularly in Ukraine and China, contained within a trove of emails, text messages, photographs and financial documents that were on a laptop Hunter abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019.

To refresh your memory:

Covering for the Bidens to help him win the 2020 election, people like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) insisted it was Russian propaganda, and outlets that reported on the laptop were smeared as conspiracy theorists.

More than 50 ‘former senior intelligence officials’ signed a pre-election letter proclaiming the laptop story ‘has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.’

THE TIDE TURNS

Two weeks ago, the New York Times confirmed the laptop exists, and is legit – and confirmed several previously reported aspects of the story, including correspondence between Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer, both of whom served on the board Ukrainian energy giant Burisma.

Today, the Washington Post and CNN are piling on – with the post confirming yet-more details of the laptop contents, and CNN running a blistering segment and reporting that the federal investigation into Hunter is ‘heating up.’

The Washington Post, meanwhile, reports on Hunter’s “multimillion-dollar deals with a Chinese energy company.

What’s going on here?

Whatever the case, Glenn Greenwald isn’t about to let the MSM get away with this U-turn unscathed.

8 Joe Biden Scandals Inside Hunter Biden’s MacBook That Corporate Media Just Admitted Is Legit

MARGOT CLEVELAND
MARCH 22, 2022

Last week, The New York Times quietly acknowledged that the emails recovered from the MacBook Hunter Biden abandoned at a Delaware computer store were authentic. The admission came nearly a year-and-a-half late, after the corrupt media — legacy and social — buried the scandal the New York Post broke just weeks before the November election.

Merely admitting the laptop is legitimate is not enough. Rather, by concurring in the authenticity of the laptop and the emails, the supposed standard-bearers of journalism have also implicitly acknowledged the validity of the scandals spawn by the porn-filled MacBook. And notwithstanding the salacious source of the documentary evidence of the scandals, the scandals are not about Hunter Biden: They are about now-President Biden.

Here are the eight Joe Biden scandals deserving further coverage.

1. Pay-to-Play in Ukraine

The most obvious scandal bared by the emails and text messages contained on Hunter’s laptop concerns the influence profiteering Joe Biden apparently participated in during his eight years as Barack Obama’s vice president, with Ukraine featuring heavily in the pay-to-play scheme.

The New York Times, in its likely “get ahead of the story,” coverage from last week, touched on the Ukrainian angle by noting Hunter’s connection to Burisma and then quoting emails recovered from the laptop indicating the younger Biden leveraged his dad’s position — then as vice president. But the Times’ surface coverage of the Burisma scandal doesn’t nearly suffice.

Surface it was: The Times made no mention of Hunter’s appointment to Burisma Holdings Board of Directors at a reported salary of $50,000 per month during his dad’s time as vice president. Hunter Biden had no experience in energy. So, a deep-dive on the entire Biden-Burisma connection is a first step.

2. China Gets in the Game

Ukraine is but a patch on the influence-peddling undertaken by Hunter on behalf of “the big guy,” as the younger Biden referred to his dad. China also played a large role in the family enterprise, as demonstrated by, again, passing coverage in November 2021. Then, the Times reported, in brief, that Hunter Biden’s joint global equity firm, the Bohai Harvest Equity Investment Fund, had helped coordinate the purchase by a Chinese mining company of the world’s largest cobalt source in the Congo.

That deal gave China control over a huge chunk of the world’s known cobalt supplies — an ingredient necessary to make electric car batteries. And the role of Hunter Biden’s company, Bohai, in the transaction again connects directly to Joe Biden, as Hunter reportedly launched that new joint enterprise with Chinese business partners less than two weeks after he traveled to China on Air Force Two with his then-vice president father.

In exploring this scandal, the press needs to push beyond the emails recovered from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, and do what Tucker Carlson did when the pay-to-play scandal first surfaced: talk to Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski. Bobulinski provides further proof that this scandal reaches the top of the Biden family.

3. Moscow, Kazakhstan, and More

While Ukraine and China likely hold the most significant revelations, once those threads are pulled, investigators should move on to Moscow, which according to a Senate report, holds another possible scandal. That report documents that Hunter also received a combined $3.5 million from the wife of the former Moscow mayor, a Kazakhstan investor, and several other individuals. After all, there is no reason to think that a person willing to let his son sell access to the vice president of the United States would close the money train to just a few countries.

4. Ukraine’s Firing of the Prosecutor Investigating Burisma

With the elite media now deigning coverage of Hunter’s laptop appropriate, the public knows the Burisma scandal was real and threatened to be spectacularly devastating to the elder Biden. That makes questions concerning then-Vice President Joe Biden’s demands that Ukraine fire the state prosecutor who was reportedly investigating Burisma ripe to revisit.

That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was fired, according to statements Joe Biden made during a 2018 event, after Biden threatened to withhold a billion-dollar loan guarantee if the Ukrainian government refused to ax Shokin. A video of the event captured Biden recounting the event:

I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours.’ If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a b-tch. He got fired. And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.

While the Obama administration attempted to spin Biden’s push for the firing of Shokin, by claiming the international community had demanded Ukraine terminate the state prosecutor, a State Department official contradicted that claim during congressional testimony. George Kent, who worked on issues related to Ukraine at the State Department, reportedly told lawmakers it was the Obama administration that “spearheaded the efforts to have Shokin removed from his position as the top federal prosecutor in Ukraine.”

Biden needs to answer questions anew over his threats to withhold money from Ukraine unless the country removed the state prosecutor responsible for investigating Burisma. Democrats have impeached a president for less.

5. Obama-Biden Administration Ignoring Conflicts of Interest

Biden also needs to answer questions about his decision to ignore the clear conflicts of interest involved with him negotiating with the same countries Hunter was shaking down. Of course, since “the big guy” was in on the scam, bowing out over conflicts of interest is the lesser of the evils, but it is still worth investigating to assess how Biden handled the concerns raised by the Obama administration’s State Department.

Here, the testimony of the State Department official charged with issues related to Ukraine again proves significant. Kent told lawmakers that after learning Hunter sat on the board of Burisma, he raised concerns with the vice president’s office about the relationship.

“I raised my concerns that I had heard that Hunter Biden was on the board of a company owned by somebody that the U.S. Government had spent money trying to get tens of millions of dollars back and that could create the perception of a conflict of interest,” Kent testified before House members in October of 2019. “The message that I recall hearing back was that the vice president’s son Beau was dying of cancer and that there was no further bandwidth to deal with family-related issues at that time … That was the end of that conversation.”

The question for now-President Biden, then, is whether anyone in his office raised concerns about the clear conflicts-of-interest with him personally, and if so, why did Biden ignore the problem?

6. The Intelligence Community’s Briefing of Biden

Another scandal reaching President Biden concerns his interactions with the intelligence community after the FBI, and presumably the CIA and other such agencies, learned in December of 2019, that Hunter Biden believed Russians had stolen Hunter’s laptop, rendering the Bidens susceptible to blackmail.

Here, it is important to understand that there are two separate Hunter Biden laptops at issue. The most-discussed laptop was actually the second laptop. That laptop was the one Hunter had abandoned at the Delaware repair shop. Then, after the repair shop owner discovered concerning material on the MacBook, the store owner handed it to the FBI in December of 2019. The owner of the repair shop, however, had first made a copy of the hard drive, which resulted in The New York Post’s coverage in October 2020.

But there was another laptop — one Hunter believed Russians had stolen from him when he was binging on drugs with prostitutes in the summer of 2018 in Las Vegas. While the public did not learn about the existence of this earlier laptop until August of 2021, the FBI knew about it as early as December 2019, when they took possession of the second laptop Hunter had left at the repair store.

Among other material contained on the second laptop was a video of Biden recounting the circumstances of his first laptop disappearing with some Russians. Significantly, on that video Hunter Biden said his first laptop contained a ton of material leaving him susceptible to blackmail, since his father was “running for president” and Hunter talked “about it all the time.”

It is inconceivable that the FBI and the intelligence communities did not brief Biden on this discovery and the risk of blackmail, given that former FBI Director James Comey briefed Trump on the fake Steele dossier. On second thought, that is the initial question reporters should ask the president: “Did the FBI brief you, Mr. President, on the fact that Hunter believed Russians had stolen a laptop containing compromising information?”

From there, an inquiring press should investigate to ensure that Joe Biden did not direct the intelligence community to bury this national security risk to protect himself or his son.

7. Possible Collusion to Interfere in the 2020 Election

An honest press should also investigate whether now-President Biden or anyone connected to his then-presidential campaign pressured reporters, media outlets, or companies such as Twitter and Facebook to censor the Hunter Biden story. And what about the “fifty former intelligence officials” who publicly declared the laptop resembled a Russian disinformation campaign—something clearly untrue? Did Biden or his campaign coordinate with those individuals, several of whom had endorsed the Democratic candidate, in the release of the letter?

Given that polls show that 17 percent of Joe Biden voters would not have voted for him in 2020, if they had known about the Biden family scandals, the collective burying of the laptop scandal represents the most significant interference in elections ever seen in our country. So, “Did Biden or his campaign have anything to do with the decision to kill the New York Post’s reporting on Hunter’s MacBook?” And “What about the ‘fifty former intelligence officials?’”

From there the follow-ups flow quickly: “Who was involved in the push to silence the story and who were the executives or ‘journalists’ who bowed to the demands?” “Who coordinated with the intelligence officials?” “Were any threats or promises made?” “What were they?” “What did Joe Biden know?” “What about other Democrats and the Democratic National Committee?”

8. Joe Biden Is a ‘Lying Dog-Faced Pony Soldier’

The final Joe Biden scandal the press should push President Biden to answer concerns his lies to the American public. While there are too many to count, two merit further questioning.

First, the media should demand Biden answer for lying to the country when he seethed, “I have never discussed, with my son or my brother or with anyone else, anything having to do with their businesses. Period.” The evidence overwhelmingly shows that Biden not only knew of the family business deals but was part of them.

The second bold-faced fabrication from Biden came during his pre-election debate with Trump, when Trump raised “the laptop from hell.” When Trump asked Biden if he was saying the “laptop is now another Russia, Russia, Russia hoax?” the then-Democratic candidate replied, “That’s exactly what [I] was told.”

Unlikely. Biden also countered with this doozy, which again raises the question of whether Biden had a role in the intelligence officials’ statement:

There are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plant. They have said that this has all the … five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he’s saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except him and his good friend, Rudy Giuliani.

We can now add The New York Times to Giuliani. It remains to be seen, though, whether the Old Grey Lady and the other legacy outlets will report on the further scandals the laptop revealed—the ones that reach the president of the United States.

CNN’s Brian Stelter Has EPIC Meltdown…Refuses To Admit He Lied about Hunter Biden Laptop

As CNN slips further and further into disgrace, Brian Stelter steps firmly into it.

Between CNN President Jeff Zucker’s resignation, triggered from a further investigation into the Cuomos’ sex scandals, and Hunter Biden’s Laptop, CNN can’t catch a break–and that’s just fantastic. But not if you’re a compulsive liar Brian Stelter.

Breitbart:

“Hey, just curious, when did I claim ‘Hunter Biden’s laptop emails were likely Russian propaganda? Can you send me the quote?” he sent in a direct message on Twitter to this reporter, a reference to a Thursday Breitbart News article in which he was listed along with 14 others in establishment media for falsely suggesting the laptop was Russian propaganda and disinformation.

Yep, when called on his lies, Scumbag Stelter is now claiming that he never called Biden’s emails Russian disinformation, which, we can clearly see here that he did:

The full clip from Stelter’s show, published on CNN’s website on Sunday, Oct. 18, 2020, right before the election, shows Stelter going through a rant for three full minutes on live television about this matter. In it, after making the case that the whole storyline was “created” in order to help then-President Donald Trump engage in what he called “whataboutism” with the media and left and Democrats, Stelter then cites his own outlet to say, “U.S. authorities are seeing if those emails we just talked about are connected to an ongoing Russian disinformation effort.”

Throughout his initial tirade back before the stolen election, Stelter repeatedly claims that the entire laptop is “disinformation” and “a classic example of the right-wing media machine,” without a single trace of irony. Now, he asks Breitbart to show him the “quote” where he makes such claims.

Damning screenshots from a conversation between Stelter and a writer for Breitbart reveal how the thin-skinned CNN host reacts when he appears to have his back against the wall.  The fake news CNN host appears to leave the conversation offering no response to the question about his involvement in a possible coverup, given his close relationship to the disgraced former CNN President Jeff Zucker.

All of this comes not only from the laptop scandal but also from Stelter’s reported closeness to former CNN president Zucker, who is under investigation. Additionally, Stelter refuses to answer questions about other accused CNN creeps and scumbags such as Don Lemon, nor will he answer questions about the investigation more broadly.

FOIA Request Reveals Biden Admin Paid $1 Billion to Corporate Media Outlets to Push Covid Vaccines

By Matt Agorist

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020, the US government has poured billions of your tax dollars into the vaccine program. More than $9 billion of your tax dollars were given to vaccine companies for research and over $22 billion of your tax dollars were then used to support vaccine distribution. The feds also shelled out another $10 billion to expand access and $3 billion more to spend on an ad campaign to combat vaccine hesitancy.

The government was originally transparent with their advertising campaign, rubbing it in the faces of taxpayers that their money was going to paying for commercials for billion dollar companies. However, according to documents obtained under a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, we are now learning that this campaign was far more insidious than just commercials.

According to FOIA documents obtained by The Blaze, the current administration paid the whole of corporate media, including the so-called “conservative” outlets, a billion of your tax dollars to carry out a massive campaign to push positive information about the COVID-19 vaccines. This was done through ads, but the same companies also produced positive news reports on the jabs as well.

The propaganda was carried out as part of the “COVID-19 Public Education Campaign,” a “national initiative to increase public confidence in and uptake of COVID-19 vaccines,” was created with the goal of having “trusted messengers and influencers” speak to news organizations to “provide factual, timely information and steps people can take to protect themselves, their families, and their communities.”

In response to a FOIA request by The Blaze media outlet, the Department of Health and Human Services admitted that it spend hundreds of millions of dollars on the purchasing of “advertising from major news networks including ABC, CBS, and NBC, as well as cable TV news stations Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC, legacy media publications including the New York Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Washington Post, digital media companies like BuzzFeed News and Newsmax, and hundreds of local newspapers and TV stations. These outlets were collectively responsible for publishing countless articles and video segments regarding the vaccine that were nearly uniformly positive about the vaccine in terms of both its efficacy and safety.”

The breach of journalistic integrity in this scheme cannot be overstated. While the average American thought they were consuming “unbiased” media reports, they were actually part of a paid propaganda campaign to convince them to take the vaccine.

As The Blaze points out, “though virtually all of these newsrooms produced stories covering the COVID-19 vaccines, the taxpayer dollars flowing to their companies were not disclosed to audiences in news reports, since common practice dictates that editorial teams operate independently of media advertising departments and news teams felt no need to make the disclosure, as some publications reached for comment explained.”

“Advertisers pay for space to share their messages, as was the case here, and those ads are clearly labeled as such,” explained Shani George, vice president of communications for the Washington Post, in a statement. “The newsroom is completely independent from the advertising department,” she said.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Times gave a similar statement, emphasizing that the “newsroom operates independently from advertising.”

However, that was clearly not the case.

Emerald Robinson, an independent journalist who previously served as the chief White House correspondent for Newsmax (2020-2022) and for One America News (2017-2020), said she was contacted by a whistleblower inside Newsmax who confirmed that Newsmax executives agreed to take the money from Biden’s HHS to push only positive coverage of the new COVID shots.

This was evidenced by the CEO of Newsmax, Chris Ruddy writing an op-ed “applauding Biden for his vaccine efforts.”

“At Newsmax, we have strongly advocated for the public to be vaccinated. The many medical experts who have appeared on our network have been near unanimous in support of the vaccine. I myself have gotten the Pfizer vaccine. There’s no question in my mind, countless lives would have been saved if the vaccine was available earlier,” Ruddy wrote.

We have since learned that the jabs are not nearly as “safe and effective” as these media outlets have claimed. Yet mainstream shills came out swinging saying it was.

In the video below, from last year, media blowhard and known liar Rachel Maddox claimed — with no scientific data to back her up — that the vaccine will keep you safe from getting covid.

“Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person… A vaccinated person gets infected with the virus….the virus does not infect them…the virus then cannot….use a vaccinated person as a host to get more people.”

It wasn’t just Maddow either. As these FOIA documents illustrate, every single major outlet took money to propagandize citizens. Given the recent release of Pfizer’s covid vaccine data from the FDA, this move by the government was nothing short of insidious.

In a 55,000-page set of documents released last week, the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research allowed the public to access data for the first time that Pfizer submitted to the FDA from its clinical trials in support of a COVID-19 “vaccine” license. Hidden in one appendix is a 38-page report of clinical data for Pfizer’s “vaccine” which lists a massive array of 1,291 alleged adverse side effects from the shot.

The chairman of the Liberty Council, which has been active in fighting mandatory vaccinations, Mat Staver, reported,

“People have been injured and died as a result of the most extensive propaganda campaign in U.S. history and it was paid for with our taxpayer dollars. These COVID shots are neither safe nor effective. However, the American public has been given propaganda instead of truth from the news media. Sadly, most of the American corporate media has been paid off by the Biden administration to publish propaganda. The consequence is that many people have needlessly suffered as a result of the censorship and propaganda.”

5 Media Lies About The Latest Special Counsel Revelations

MARGOT CLEVELAND
February 18th, 2022

One week ago today, Special Counsel John Durham filed a motion in the government’s criminal case against former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann. That motion, in requesting the court obtain Sussmann’s waiver of any conflicts of interest held by his lawyers on the record, provided in excruciating detail the factual basis for the purported conflicts.

In doing so, it revealed that “enemies of Donald Trump surveilled the internet traffic at Trump Tower, at his New York City apartment building, and later at the executive office of the president of the United States, then fed disinformation about that traffic to intelligence agencies hoping to frame Trump as a Russia-connected stooge.”

While earlier filings by Durham had revealed equally explosive facts, this time the special counsel’s motion generated enough attention that #Durham began to trend on Twitter. Not since the special counsel’s office indicted Sussmann in September 2021 for lying to the FBI’s former general counsel, James Baker, has the Durham investigation forced itself into the legacy press’ purview.

Rather than report on the latest developments, the corrupt media spun Friday’s filing as a big nothingburger, while parading several false narratives—just as it did when news of the indictment of the Clinton campaign’s lawyer broke.

Charlie Savage at the New York Times led the way in a Monday article headlined, “Court Filing Started a Furor in Right-Wing Outlets, but Their Narrative Is Off Track.” Amazingly, several of Savage’s talking points coincided with arguments presented by Sussmann’s attorneys in a document filed with the court that same day.

By Tuesday, Vanity Fair had joined in, quoting Savage’s “analysis.” That evening, Jimmy Kimmel turned the talking points into one-liners. Wednesday saw Brian Stelter at CNN further cribbing from the Savage’s initial take at the Times.

While the leftist press continues to fall in line to advance the unofficial defense of the Clinton campaign’s former attorney, the talking points the Durham deniers are pushing remain nothing but gibberish. Here they are and why they are wrong.

1. It’s Just Those Crazy Right-Wingers

In his opening salvo in the Sussmann counter-offensive, Savage began his New York Times column by noting that Durham’s Friday night filing “set off a furor among right-wing outlets about purported spying on former President Donald J. Trump.”

Framing the “furor” as right-wing proves a ready go-to for a corrupt media seeking to discount the substance of the reporting. Stelter likewise hit this talking point repeatedly over at CNN, in his article “Right-wing media said it was exposing a scandal. What it really revealed is how bad information spreads in MAGA world.”

Hillary Clinton likewise pushed the right-wingers angle, tweeting that “Trump & Fox are desperately spinning up a fake scandal to distract from his real ones.”

Of course, while casting coverage of Special Counsel Durham’s investigation as the cries of cray-cray conservatives might resonate with their readers, as a substantive counter to the most recent revelations in the Sussmann case it falls flat.

2. Pay No Attention to the Facts Behind the Filing

The second narrative pushed by Savage and then quickly parroted by his ilk is that the facts behind Durham’s most recent court filing are too dense for readers to bother using their brainpower to decipher. Yes, I am serious.

The facts “also tend to involve dense and obscure issues, so dissecting them requires asking readers to expend significant mental energy and time—raising the question of whether news outlets should even cover such claims,” Savage wrote in his Monday pro bono P.R. piece for Sussmann.

Amazingly, CNN quoted this passage in its coverage of the issue, demonstrating the utter lack of regard in which the leftist press holds its readers.

3. There Was No ‘Infiltration,’ So There Is No Story

A third counter pushed in response to Durham’s Friday court filing focused on Fox News’ coverage and its opener that read, “Lawyers for the Clinton campaign paid a technology company to ‘infiltrate’ servers belonging to Trump Tower, and later the White House, in order to establish an ‘inference’ and ‘narrative’ to bring to government agencies linking Donald Trump to Russia, a filing from Special Counsel John Durham found.”

Durham never said “infiltrate,” however, came the rejoinder. At least on this point, the press members suffering from “media vapors” have a point: Durham did not say “infiltrate.” Rather, Kash Patel, a former chief investigator for Devin Nunes on the House Intelligence Committee, used that word in an interview with Fox News, as the article later explained.

Durham said the data Sussmann provided to the CIA came from data tech executive Rodney Joffe obtained when he “exploited” his access to sensitive data from the Executive Office of the President (EOP).

It is likewise true that the special counsel’s Friday filing did not claim that the “Clinton campaign paid to ‘infiltrate’ Trump Tower, White House servers to link Trump to Russia,” as Fox News headlined its coverage of the developments in the Sussmann case. Rather, it appears that Joffe voluntarily exploited his access to the data and received no compensation from Clinton for his forays into the EOP and other databases.

These criticisms by the Times, CNN, and others might hold more weight if the same outlets hadn’t pushed the Russia collusion hoax for five years. But, in any event, correcting those two points does nothing to counter the serious allegations revealed in Durham’s latest filing revealed.

In fact, he exposed so many significant details that it required two separate articles to adequately cover the developments. Notwithstanding the concerted pushback against the Fox News article, The Federalist’s in-depth coverage remains unblemished.

4. But Trump Wasn’t Even President Yet

The next narrative launched to minimize the significance of the revelations contained in Durham’s motion focused on the data Sussmann presented to the CIA purporting to show “that Russian-made smartphones, called YotaPhones, had been connecting to networks at Trump Tower and the White House, among other places.”

The data relating to the White House “came from Barack Obama’s presidency,” the Times reported, quoting two lawyers representing one of the researchers who aided Joffe. Rather, “to our knowledge,” the lawyers claimed, “all of the data they used was nonprivate DNS data from before Trump took office.”

This counter is nothing but lawyerly wordsmithing, however, and anyone who read the actual court filing—that dense document Savage believed beyond the grey matter of his readers—would know that fact. As the motion explained, in providing the DNS data to the CIA, Sussmann told the government agents “these lookups demonstrated that Trump and/or his associates were using supposedly rare, Russian-made wireless phones in the vicinity of the White House and other locations.”

As a matter of pure logic, the data Sussmann presented to the CIA related to the White House must have somehow related to Trump or it would not “demonstrate” that “Trump and/or his associates were using” the Russian cell phones “in the vicinity of the White House.” Most likely, then, the data presented concerned the transition period. Further, there is nothing to say that after Trump took office Joffe stopped “exploiting” the data.

5. It’s Old News

The fifth response, which Savage again initiated, ran that the “news” was “old news.”

“But the entire narrative appeared to be mostly wrong or old news,” Savage wrote early in his Times coverage. He reiterated that point later: “for one, much of this was not new: The New York Times had reported in October what Mr. Sussmann had told the C.I.A. about data suggesting that Russian-made smartphones, called YotaPhones, had been connecting to networks at Trump Tower and the White House, among other places.”

Surprise, surprise: It was Savage himself who made passing reference to the YotaPhones in his October 1, 2021, Times article that focused primarily on the Alfa Bank aspect of the indictment. In retrospect, we should have foreseen Durham’s latest revelations because they were handed to the Sussmann-friendly reporters who penned the October article, in what is now an obvious attempt to get ahead of the bad news Sussmann’s legal team knew was coming.

What the Times did not report on October 1, 2021, however, was that Joffe’s internet company “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers for the [Executive Office of the Presidency] as part of a sensitive arrangement whereby it provided DNS resolution services to the EOP.”

Nor did the Times report, as Durham alleged, that Joffe and his associates, “exploited this arrangement by mining the EOP’s DNS traffic and other data for the purpose of gathering derogatory information about Donald Trump.” Also missing from the October 2021 coverage was the fact that DNS data compiled, but withheld, from the CIA showed the DNS lookups involving the EOP and the Russian cellphone provider “began at least as early as 2014 i.e., during the Obama administration and years before Trump took office.”

In other words, this was new news, and those claiming otherwise serve, not as journalists, but as pushers of propaganda.
