Something strange is going on with the Hunter Biden laptop story.
As regular readers know, the New York Post was excommunicated from social media shortly before the 2020 US election by Big Tech for reporting on shady international business dealings by the Biden family – particularly in Ukraine and China, contained within a trove of emails, text messages, photographs and financial documents that were on a laptop Hunter abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in April 2019.
Covering for the Bidens to help him win the 2020 election, people like Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) insisted it was Russian propaganda, and outlets that reported on the laptop were smeared as conspiracy theorists.
More than 50 ‘former senior intelligence officials’ signed a pre-election letter proclaiming the laptop story ‘has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.’
THE TIDE TURNS
Two weeks ago, the New York Times confirmed the laptop exists, and is legit – and confirmed several previously reported aspects of the story, including correspondence between Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer, both of whom served on the board Ukrainian energy giant Burisma.
Today, the Washington Post and CNN are piling on – with the post confirming yet-more details of the laptop contents, and CNN running a blistering segment and reporting that the federal investigation into Hunter is ‘heating up.’
Citing sources, Variety revealed that a memo was sent to the show’s staffers last week announcing that WarnerMedia’s employee relations group has teamed with a third-party organization to conduct the interviews.
Eric Schiffer, chairman of Reputation Management Consultants, weighed in on how the results of the investigations could have “deadly consequences for Ellen” and her brand.
“She could be perpetrating one of the biggest frauds in American celebrity history,” he suggested. “There are now serious investigators looking into the allegations and if the findings are as damning as what has been reported then you could watch the ‘Ellen Show’ go boom.”

Schiffer wasn’t surprised when news of an investigation broke because “there have been too many assertions that are credible,” he alleged, adding that “if the leadership team at WarnerMedia didn’t [act], they would feel the wrath of the public.”
The brand and PR expert also reacted to DeGeneres’ silence on the matter.
“I think Ellen has been arrogant in her entire approach in dealing with the allegations and it’s crazy for her not to accept responsibility for what is happening under her leadership,” he said. “In Hollywood, the buck stops at the star’s name on the door, not at the producer level. It would be impossible for her to not know what [was] happening within her own staff.”

Meanwhile, the allegations of a “toxic work environment” were addressed by the show’s executive producers Ed Glavin, Andy Lassner, and Mary Connelly in a statement to Buzzfeed at the time of the outlet’s report.
“We are truly heartbroken and sorry to learn that even one person in our production family has had a negative experience,” they said. “It’s not who we are and not who we strive to be, and not the mission Ellen has set for us.”
The statement explained that the “day to day responsibility of the… show is completely on” the producers.

“We take all of this very seriously and we realize, as many in the world are learning, that we need to do better, are committed to do better, and we will do better,” they said.
The Facts: Award winning investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson shows how “astroturf,” or fake grassroots movements, funded by political, corporate, or other special interests very effectively manipulate and distort mainstream media messages.
Reflect On: The printing press and mainstream media in general is quite young. We are living in an interesting time where the majority of people are starting to see through many lies, and it has paradigm shifting implications.
Ever since Operation Mockingbird, a CIA program to infiltrate mainstream media and spread disinformation and propaganda for the purposes of controlling the perception of the masses on several different topics, people have been waking up. That was decades ago, and today, it’s easy to see how mainstream media has been completely compromised by governments, intelligence agencies and corporations. We know this from several documents and several whistleblowers, as well as multiple mainstream media journalists. For example, a declassified document from the CIA archives in the form of a letter from a CIA task force addressed to the Director of the CIA details the close relationship that exists between the CIA and mainstream media and academia. The document states that the CIA task force “now has relationships with reporters from every major wire service, newspaper, news weekly, and television network in the nation,” and that “this has helped us turn some ‘intelligence failure’ stories into ‘intelligence success” stories,’ and has contributed to the accuracy of countless others.”
This is often why in the west, when it comes to the topic of war and terrorism, for example, we see a completely different narrative that goes against the narrative of multiple independent media outlets. Mainstream media has been used to justify the infiltration of other countries, like Syria, with ‘fake news.’ There are even whistleblowers from mainstream media in that realm as well, for example, Riam Dalati, a well known BBC Syria correspondent is one of many who created awareness about the fact that the supposed gas attacks in Douma were “staged.” You can read more about that here.
Again there are many examples, especially with regards to mainstream media in general. Not long ago, William Arkin, a longtime well known military and war reporter who is best known for his groundbreaking, three-part Washington Post series in 2010 on classified black budget programs, went public outing NBC/MSNBC as completely fake government run agencies. You can read more about that here. Arkin is known as an American political commentator, best-selling author, journalist, activist, blogger, and former United States Army soldier. He has previously served as a military affairs analyst for the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, and The New York Times.) You can read more about that here.
Dr. Udo Ulfkotte, who was a top German journalist and editor and has been for more than two decades, went on the record stating that he was forced to publish the works of intelligence agents under his own name, also mentioning that noncompliance would result in him losing his job. (source)
In the below eyeopening talk, veteran investigative journalist (and Former CBS NEWS investigative reporter) Sharyl Attkisson shows how “astroturf,” or fake grassroots movements, funded by political, corporate, or other special interests very effectively manipulate and distort media messages.
Edward Bernays, known as the father of public relations, sums it up best:
The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. (Propaganda)
There is no doubt that mainstream media plays a role on this, and that’s simply due to the fact that they are run by governments, intelligence agencies and giant corporations.
There’s a reason why independent media outlets, like Collective Evolution, have been censored and demonetized so much. In today’s day in age, presenting information with credible evidence to back it up that is a threat to corporate and political interests will be heavily censored. There is ‘ministry of truth’ out there, one example is FakeNews watchdog NewsGuard who aims to hold independent media accountable for their stories. They are funded by Clinton donors and big pharma, with ties to the CFR, NewsGuard seems to have a clear agenda in favour of mainstream media.
With all of the control and the attempt to censor various truths, it doesn’t matter, truth always makes its way into the public domain in various areas, it’s just a process.
It’s been reported ironically, in the mainstream and out in the open in the past several years that people are believing in the bias and the authority of the mainstream media less and less. In the last few years, traditional news media has been having much more of a rough time, though it’s almost like someone is trying to make up for that by damaging the alternative media.
According to a survey cited in articles like this, more Americans hold a negative rather than positive view of the traditional news media, with 43 percent of those surveyed holding a negative view with 33% holding a more positive view.
People really don’t seem to know what is accurate, and that says a lot of things about where we’re at today. Here are some things people recently posted to demonstrate in a lighthearted manner how the media truly might distort a story.
One article notes“The problem is bias. While ideally the media should be objective and hold power to account, in reality we know that most news outlets are partisan and have their own agenda to advance. Whether state-owned or run by some shady tax-avoiding billionaire, getting ‘the masses’ to view the world from a certain perspective has always been a priceless power to wield.”
One could say stagnation has led to people seeing the routine, consistent tricks played by the powers that be wielding the media, for what they are. It’s been like a stagnant, constant period of time unfortunately since the beginning of events in the early 2000’s, when the media has been promoting nonstop “national defense.”
People know more about how the media is today, because it’s been the same, stagnant program for decades and decades now. It can be quantified with studies and statistics, or it can be understood in detail in one person’s own intuition and personal understanding.
This article wasn’t intended to go deep into what the media really censors and doesn’t censor, because at this point if you don’t know that, you missed what this decade was about for a lot of people. The mainstream media really has too much money to accept dying out without trying to do something about it, and that “something” just may end up being censorship on the Internet.
