Madison Cawthorn recently sat down for an interview where he discussed being invited to orgies by DC elites.

Cawthorn did not name names.  He did not implicate Republican lawmakers.

He said something we all already knew — That Washington DC is full of corrupt perverts and that he was invited to orgies and cocaine parties.

Madison declined the invitation.
No wonder the elites hate Madison Cawthorn. He won’t play their games.

Following his interview and his open discussion on the perversion in Washington DC, House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy DID NOT ask for an investigation into the DC perversion.

Instead, GOP Leader McCarthy met with Madison Cawthorn and told him he needs to turn his life around or “there will be consequences.”

Once again, Kevin McCarthy played right into the Democrat Party’s hand. He has a habit of doing this. It’s almost like he’s on their side? Weird.

On Saturday Rep. Madison Cawthorne released a statement on his controversial interview.

Cawthorn stuck to his guns saying, “The culture in Washington is corrupt.  Human nature is fallen.  Compromising activities occur because when other people can place you in compromising positions, they control you.”

Madison did not apologize.

Maybe Madison Cawthorn should be GOP Leader?

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy says he has reprimanded freshman GOP Rep. Madison Cawthorn for not telling the truth when he made claims earlier this month about receiving orgy invitations from fellow lawmakers and alleged the use of cocaine among his colleagues.

McCarthy, a California Republican, made the statement after meeting Wednesday with Cawthorn, of North Carolina.

He told reporters that Cawthorn’s story changes with each retailing and that there was “no evidence” to support his claims.

The top House Republican also said Cawthorn’s actions were “not becoming of a congressman.”

“There’s a lot of different things that can happen. But I just told him he’s lost my trust. He’s going to have to earn it back. I mean, he’s got a lot of members very upset,” said McCarthy, amid questions about whether the 26-year-old will be formally punished for his allegations, according to Politico.

In a podcast interview last week, Cawthorn described the “sexual perversion that goes on in Washington,” suggesting that he had been invited to an orgy and seen lawmakers take “key bumps” of cocaine.

Following the circulation of Cawthorn’s comments, Republicans voiced extreme upset to House leadership on the issue. Members say they have been receiving questions from their constituents about the comments.

Cawthorn was elected in 2020 to represent his state’s 11th district congressional district. He is a MAGA absolutist and has been one of the most vocal supporters of former President Trump’s claims that the last election was stolen.

In the days leading up to Cawthorn’s most recent round of controversial comments, the he was charged for the second time for driving with a revoked license

Mccarthy Says If Republicans Win Back the House Swalwell, Omar, Schiff Will Lose Committee Seats

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy says he plans to take away committee assignments from at least three Democrats should Republicans win control of the chamber in November.

“The Democrats have created a new thing where they’re picking and choosing who can be on committees,” he said in an interview with Breitbart.com published Monday,

The California Republican also said: “Never in the history [of Congress] have you had the majority tell the minority who can be on a committee.”

House Democrats have stripped GOP Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene. of Georgia, and Paul Gosar, of Arizona, of their committee assignments in the roughly the past year. Among other issues facing the House GOP leader, McCarthy has been criticized for not doing enough to protect the members of his caucus.

Given the new standard, McCarthy discussed how he will play the game, if Republican retake the chamber in the upcoming midterm election.

“If Eric Swalwell cannot get a security clearance in the private sector, there is no reason why he should be given one to be on Intel or Homeland Security. He will not be serving there,” he said, referring to the House’s Intelligence and Homeland Security committees.

In late 2020, it was revealed that Swalwell, a Democrat congressmen from California, became worryingly close with an alleged agent of the Chinese Communist Party, including likely engaging in a romantic tryst with her, that U.S. investigators stepped in to provide the member with a briefing of security situation.

McCarthy continued listing Democrats he would bump from committees including Reps. Illhan Omar, of Minnesota, and Adam Schiff, of California.

“Ilhan Omar should not be serving on Foreign Affairs. … You look at Adam Schiff. He should not be serving on Intel when he has openly, knowingly now used a fake dossier, lied to the American public in the process and doesn’t have any ill will [and] says he wants to continue to do it.”
