Ghislaine Maxwell Trial Day 1: Biden/Schumer Appointed Judge Blocks “Sensational and Impure” Information from Reaching the Public

Ryan DeLarme,

While Americans around the country argue among themselves over just about everything, a trial that (if properly executed) could have worldwide implications is off to a questionable start. United States District Judge Alison Nathan is presiding over the Ghislaine Maxwell trial and has granted Maxwell’s request that evidence in this trial be redacted to hide “sensational and impure information”.

The six week trial of British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell begins today in New York City with opening arguments in the long-anticipated case expected this afternoon, following a slight delay due to “issues” with the two members of the jury. Maxwell, 59, faces charges related to her alleged involvement in financier Jeffery Epstein’s sex and trafficking crimes. Maxwell, who spent decades brushing shoulders with British Royals and US Presidents, is accused of recruiting and grooming underage girls for the late financier to sexually abused by Epstein himself as well as his powerful friends between 1994 and 2004.

The question that seems to be on the minds of those who are following this trial is whether or not the redacted information is being suppressed for the good of the general public or to protect a ruling class.

Upon being sworn in, US District Judge Alison Nathan made it a point to remind her hand selected jury that they must decide the verdict of the case solely on the evidence provided in the courtroom.

The corporate media, who scavenged every divisive morsel from the dead horse that was the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, seem to be uncharacteristically silent on what is quite possibly the trial of the century. This behavior is leading many to wonder if any information gleaned throughout this trial will see the light of day. Thus far, with a fresh and new Biden appointed Judge on the case, the outlook is bleak.

According to Reuters, the Biden appointee Alison Nathan will be required to question more than 200 prospective jurors. Nathan is married to a New York University Law School professor, Meg Satterthwaite. Establishment Senator Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., recommended Nathan for the nomination.

Alison Nathan was appointed to the federal bench by former President Barack Obama in 2011. Prior to serving as a federal judge, she clerked for the late Supreme Court Justice Paul Stevens, worked as counsel for the attorney general of New York, and was an associate White House counsel and special assistant for Obama, which has her two degrees of separation (if that) from those who are implicated by Epstein’s little black book.

Sarah Ransom – one of several women to have accused Epstein and Maxwell of abuse – was seen arriving at the courthouse this morning, and was quoted as saying “I thought this day would never come”.

New Report Reveals Billionaire Bill Gates, Jeffrey Epstein and the Nobel Committee Chair Behind Obama’s Award Met in 2013

Joe Hoft
October 4, 2020

A new report out of Norway uncovered that former Nobel Committee chair Thorbjørn Jagland denied having met Jeffrey Epstein but now he confirmed that he entertained Epstein and billionaire Bill Gates at his Strasbourg residence in 2013.

Gates denied a friendship or working relationship with Epstein as well until it too was proven false.

Jagland gave the Nobel Peace Prize to Barack Obama in 2009 eight months after he took over the Nobel Committee.

DNMagasinet released a shocking report on Friday where they uncovered that Jeffrey Epstein was present at a meeting in Strasbourg in 2013 with the then Chairman of the Nobel Committee and billionaire Bill Gates.

According to the Norwegian newspaper,

After several inquiries this last week regarding new information about the meeting, Jagland confirmed that Gates and Epstein attended a meeting at his residence in March 2013, at an official meeting. According to him, Gates and Epstein arrived together.

DNMagasinet reports:

December 2019: Berit Reiss-Andersen, chair of the Nobel Committee, had a question for the members of the committee. Queried by the Norwegian business daily DN, she asked whether they had ever had contact with Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender and well-connected financier.

Former chair Thorbjørn Jagland, by now a regular member of the committee, was among those answering no.

It turns out the answer was yes.

Not only did Jagland meet Epstein, he hosted him at his lavish residence in Strasbourg, France. At the time, Jagland was the sitting chair of the committee, which awards the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize. Also present: a philanthropist touted as a possible Prize recipient.

As the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Jagland had his own residence, able to host several hundred guests. On the afternoon of March 27, 2013, Jagland hosted a small but exclusive group of very famous people.

One of those attending was Bill Gates, at the time the second-wealthiest man in the world and head of the largest charitable foundation in the world. Since leaving Microsoft a few years earlier, Gates had become a dedicated philanthropist. Having invested heavily to eradicate polio, he was among those mentioned as possible candidates for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Also present were representatives of the think tank International Peace Institute (IPI), who later that year partnered with Gates’ foundation in the fight against polio.

In addition to Gates and his assistants, another financier was also present. A person well-known for his network of powerful people and accused of participating in trafficking and sexual abuse.

A convicted sex offender, why was Jeffrey Epstein present in Strasbourg?

DNMagasinet continues:

According to the sources, Gates and his assistants were already present when the representatives of IPI arrived. Epstein, who knew Gates, was the person that introduced the billionaire to IPI.

The meeting, where IPI introduced Gates to a polio eradication project, was to be very successful. Later the same year, Gates’ foundation granted IPI 2.5 million dollar. Since then, an addition 6 million dollars has followed, according to the foundation. The most recent grant was earlier this year, with an additional 250,000 dollars.

Despite Epstein pleading guilty in 2008 to charges of soliciting a prostitute, with a minor, as well as paying compensation to a number of women, Epstein was in no time back in the top circles around the globe.

According to the New York Times, Gates and Epstein met many times:

(The above picture from the New York Times shows James E. Staley, at the time a senior JPMorgan executive; former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers; Mr. Epstein; Bill Gates, Microsoft’s co-founder; and Boris Nikolic, who was the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s science adviser at Epstein’s New York mansion)

The New York Times reported in November 2019:

Jeffrey Epstein, the convicted sex offender who committed suicide in prison, managed to lure an astonishing array of rich, powerful and famous men into his orbit.

There were billionaires (Leslie Wexner and Leon Black), politicians (Bill Clinton and Bill Richardson), Nobel laureates (Murray Gell-Mann and Frank Wilczek) and even royals (Prince Andrew).

Few, though, compared in prestige and power to the world’s second-richest person, a brilliant and intensely private luminary: Bill Gates. And unlike many others, Mr. Gates started the relationship after Mr. Epstein was convicted of sex crimes.

Mr. Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, whose $100 billion-plus fortune has endowed the world’s largest charitable organization, has done his best to minimize his connections to Mr. Epstein. “I didn’t have any business relationship or friendship with him,” he told The Wall Street Journal last month.

In fact, beginning in 2011, Mr. Gates met with Mr. Epstein on numerous occasions — including at least three times at Mr. Epstein’s palatial Manhattan townhouse, and at least once staying late into the night, according to interviews with more than a dozen people familiar with the relationship, as well as documents reviewed by The New York Times.

There is clearly more to this story – due to Epstein’s death we may never know what the entire story is.

Lawsuit: Epstein Used Bill Clinton Friendship to Intimidate 15-year-old Girl Into ‘Vicious Sex Assault’

Staff Writer,
August, 23th, 2020

Disturbing court documents allege that pedophile Jeffrey Epstein used his friendship with former US president Bill Clinton, to intimidate a 15-year-old girl into a “vicious, prolonged sexual assault.”

The documents claim that the victim, who is only identified as Jane Doe 15, met Epstein in early 2004 after being groomed by the sex offender’s secretary.

The teen, who grew up in a poor household in the Midwest, says in the filing that the well-connected financier had name-dropped Clinton as he trafficked her on his so-called “Lolita Express” private jet and pressured her into being sexually assaulted.

“Epstein made clear to Jane Doe 15 how powerful he was. He made a point of mentioning that he was close with Bill Clinton,” the lawsuit against Epstein’s estate reads.

On the private plane Epstein told the then-teen that he liked to have women sleep at his feet, which “made her immediately think of slaves,” the filing said.

The pedophile flew the child to his New Mexico ranch, where, the accuser claims, Epstein took her “sexual innocence.”

Us Court Fillings Epstein Jane Doe 15, Bill Clinton

The court documents provide harrowing details of the sexual assault Jane Doe 15 allegedly suffered at the compound in New Mexico.

Throughout their interactions, Epstein repeatedly reminded the teen of his close relationships with some of the world’s most powerful people. The filings also present a photograph of the alleged victim when she was 15-years-old.

Jane Doe 15

“When I chose a seat on the jet, Jeffrey told me that his good friend, Bill Clinton, always chose to sit there,” the accuser, who is now in her early 30s, had previously said at a press conference.

The lawsuit alleges that mentioning Clinton’s name was part of how “Epstein conveyed to Jane Doe 15 how powerful he was and how helpful he could be in assisting Jane Doe 15 with her future goals, such as paying for college.”

“Using this overwhelming power he had over Jane Doe 15, Epstein subjected her to a vicious, prolonged sexual assault,” it reads.

Jane Doe 15 Epstein Didn't Kill Himself

Jane Doe 15 made her feelings clear during her press conference last year when she wore a bracelet reading: “Epstein didn’t kill himself.”

Maxwell Asks to Join General Prison Population, Cites ‘Onerous’ Conditions

August 10, 2020

The attorneys for Ghislaine Maxwell on Aug. 10 asked the judge presiding over their client’s child sex abuse case to move Maxwell to the general prison population, arguing that the defendant is unable to adequately prepare for her trial defense due to the “onerous” conditions of her confinement resulting from the purported prison suicide of her accomplice and former boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein.

According to a letter from her attorneys (pdf), Maxwell has been held in solitary confinement under 24-hour surveillance for 40 days. The prison guards constantly watch her and take notes about everything she does. Some of the guards do not appear to be regular prison employees, the lawyers noted.

“Until recently, Ms. Maxwell was subjected to suicide watch protocols, including being woken up every few hours during the night and being forced to wear special clothing, despite the fact that she, unlike Mr. Epstein, has never been suicidal and was never diagnosed as exhibiting risk factors for suicide,” the attorneys wrote.

“Her cell is searched multiple times a day and she has been forced to undergo numerous body scans. In addition, Ms. Maxwell’s access to the standard prison resources available to other pretrial detainees in the general population has been extensively curtailed or eliminated altogether.”

Maxwell was arrested in New Hampshire over a month ago on charges that she facilitated and aided Epstein by recruiting, grooming, and sexually exploiting minor girls. She has denied all of the allegations and intends to fight the charges in court.

A lawyer representing seven women who say they were abused by Epstein previously told The Epoch Times that he is worried that Maxwell will end up dead.

“I have grave concerns that she doesn’t make it out of jail alive,” Spencer Kuvin said.

Maxwell’s attorneys argue that the unique conditions under which their client is held are impeding her ability to prepare a defense for her trial. They said that under a proposed arrangement, she would only be able to access a computer to view case documents during a three hour period in which she is allowed to leave her cell. The attorneys say that this time is Maxwell’s only chance for recreation, exercise, and personal hygiene, including taking showers. Even if she sacrificed this time in favor of preparing for the defense, it would take Maxwell until mid-November 2020 just to examine the first batch of 13,000 documents produced by the prosecutors.

“This is entirely unworkable under the schedule set by the court,” the attorney wrote.

In the same letter, the attorneys also asked the judge to order that Maxwell be told the identity of the three victims whose names were withheld from the indictment.

Epstein was facing child sex trafficking charges last year when he was found dead in his cell. Authorities later indicted two prison guards for failing to conduct prisoner counts on their watch.

Jeffrey Epstein’s Alleged Victims Get Chance to Challenge Plea Deal, Appeals Court Rules

August 8, 2020

Alleged victims of deceased convicted sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein will have a chance to challenge a federal non-prosecution agreement—often referred to as Epstein’s “sweetheart” plea deal—that was signed more than a decade ago.

Courtney Wild, an Epstein accuser originally known as Jane Doe 1, as well as another plaintiff known as Jane Doe 2, had filed an original lawsuit in 2008 to overturn the non-prosecution agreement. They argued that the Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutors had violated their rights under the 2004 Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CRVA) by sealing the deal without consulting with or informing the alleged victims.

The Atlanta-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit court ruled on Friday (pdf) that the alleged victims will have their case reheard en banc—a legal term to mean that a case gets to be heard before the entire bench of a court, rather than just by a panel of judges selected from the bench. The decision vacates a previous 11th Circuit three-judge panel’s 2-1 ruling in April that had rejected Wild’s argument.

“I had confidence this day would come,” Wild said in a statement to media outlets. “We have fought for 12 years, and as I’ve said before, no matter how many obstacles pile up, we will never give up fighting for what is right.”

‘Sweetheart Plea Deal

The non-prosecution agreement was signed in 2007 with the DOJ through the Southern District of Florida in Miami. Former Secretary of Labor Alex Acosta was the U.S. Attorney at the time. Acosta resigned after Epstein was arrested under separate new charges in July 2019.

The plea deal relates to when Epstein was previously charged in 2007 with operating an international child sex ring involving at least 30 underage girls, of which Wild was allegedly a part of, at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion and Little St. James Island—a 72-acre private island estate in the Caribbean.

The plea deal, as shown attached in a recent federal court filing (pdf), involved Epstein pleading guilty in 2008 to just two felony counts of soliciting an underage prostitute in state court, rather than federal court. Epstein had to register as a sex offender. Epstein also provided undisclosed information to authorities under the deal.

In exchange, Epstein avoided serious time behind bars, serving just under 13 months in a private section of the Palm Beach County jail in Florida. During that time, he was afforded a work-release program that allowed him to leave the jail for 12 hours each day, six days a week, and work unsupervised at his downtown West Palm Beach office. Epstein’s 13-month sentence is believed to be one of the most lenient in U.S. history for a sex offender.

Epstein’s lawyers had argued that according to the plea deal, he was immune to any new federal charges for crimes committed during the time period of around 2001 through around September 2007.

Epstein died at age 66 in August 2019 in a New York jail, and was determined to have committed suicide by the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office. His death triggered multiple investigations.

Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime associate, now faces charges of helping Epstein recruit and eventually abuse girls from 1994 to 1997, and is being jailed in New York. If convicted, she faces up to 35 years in prison.

U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra in February 2019 ruled (pdf) that prosecutors of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, including Acosta, broke the law (the CRVA) when they did not inform the alleged 30 victims of the plea deal in 2007.

In September 2019, Marra ruled to close the case brought by Wild and Jane Doe 2, thereby not scrapping the 2007 plea deal.

He denied almost every request for relief, including ruling that they were are not owed any money damages from the U.S. government, and refused to fulfill their demand that the government turn over FBI records linked to its investigation of Epstein. He also said that Epstein’s death in August 2019 made the case moot.

In an opinion, Marra wrote that the alleged victims’ request for restitution is “essentially a request for money damages from the government, which is not allowed under the CVRA.”

In a challenge to Marra’s decision, Wild filed a petition with the appeals court in October 2019, asking the court to order Marra to provide relief to the alleged sex victims. In April, the 11th Circuit three-judge panel ruled (pdf) that the CRVA does not protect alleged victims before formal charges are filed. At the time the plea deal was struck, no charges were filed.

The latest appeals court ruling on Friday nullifies the three-judge panel’s ruling.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and former Sens. Orin Hatch (R-Utah) and Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.), who drafted and co-sponsored the CRVA, had filed an amicus brief (pdf) in May in support of Wild’s petition for rehearing en banc.

“This is an important ruling for crime victims, not just for Epstein’s victims but all victims of federal crimes,” Wild’s lawyers, Paul Cassell and Brad Edwards, told the Miami Herald on Friday. “We look forward to arguing before the full Eleventh Circuit that [the] ‘secret’ plea deal violates the Crime Victims’ Rights Act and that this particular deal should be rescinded.”Follow Mimi on Twitter: @MimiNguyenLy

Surprise, Surprise: Alan Dershowitz Implicated In Unsealed Ghislaine Maxwell Documents

Arjun Walia
August 3rd, 2020

Well known attorney and political commentator Alan Dershowitz has been implicated in the latest news pertaining to the Ghislaine Maxwell case. She is currently being held in New York awaiting her trial next year. Dershowitz was mentioned, along with Bill Clinton and others in a set of unsealed documents that were part of now-settled civil litigation against Maxwell. She appealed the decision of the judge to unseal them, but to no avail.

Maxwell was Epstein’s right hand person, and the documents, along with testimony from many others over the past few years, show that Maxwell sexually abused children and also directed victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre to be sexually abused by others, using her and many others as sex slaves.

The NY Post explains:

The emeritus Harvard Law professor was accused of having sex with then-minor “Jane Doe #3” — identified in court documents as Virginia Roberts Giuffre — and witnessing Jeffrey Epstein and others sexually abusing girls and young women.

The allegations, lodged in a 2014 court filing, reemerged in more than 600 pages unsealed Thursday night in Giuffre’s 2015 defamation case against.

In 1997, Dershowitz wrote the following: “Reasonable People Can Disagree Over Whether It Should Be As Low As 14.” You can find that article and read more about that here.

He is currently denying the allegations made by Giuffre, calling her a liar. He also stands by that article he wrote in 1997.

Why This Is Important: Elite level trafficking and pedophilia are coming to light, and it’s a major step for humanity given that many implicated and accused people are those in positions of great power, and in some cases made out to be idolized by the general public, usually showered with fame and fortune.

Research indicates there are many children suffering and that do suffer as a result of this activity, and there are so many examples going beyond the Jeffrey Epstein showing that this is quite rampant among our political and financial elite, and among those who pull the strings that we never really see.

This type of activity also shines light onto the world of politics. For example, with regards to Epstein and Maxwell, there is evidence suggesting that both are actually high ranking intelligence officers, with the job of entrapping powerful politicians and people. You can read more about that here. Is this what goes on in the system we continue to hold up and empower by voting year after year? Why are we playing with a system that’s clearly created out of disconnection and separation, and that does not allow humanity to thrive?

Is it time for something new? Is the current state of our world a reflection of the ‘leadership’ we choose and agree to put into power?

If you want to see some more examples and dive through more evidence, you can refer to this article I published towards the end of last year.

You can also watch our interview with a survivor of these types of pedophile rings.

You can access the full interview and start your free trial HERE on CETV, a platform we created to help combat internet censorship and allow us to continue to do our work and get the word out about various issues and topics.

The interview is with Anneke Lucas, who is is an author, speaker, advocate for child sex trafficking victims, founder of the non-profit organization Liberation Prison Yoga, and creator of the Unconditional Model. Her work is based on personal experience of a 30-year healing journey after surviving being sold by her family as a child sex slave to a pedophile network.

The interview is deep, and goes into the consciousness aspect of her experience and why that aspect is so important.

The Takeaway: There are many events taking place that are causing people to really question what’s happening on our planet and why. Why do we think and live the way we are living, and why is there so much misinformation, deception, and examples of fraud and deceit that come from multiple governments? Is it really a surprise that many of these people may be involved in activities that represent such a disregard for human life? Isn’t that what geopolitics has resulted in? War is a great example.

More people are starting to realize that we’re not really living in a democracy, but in the illusion of democracy where our physical rights are slowly taken away by governments who are capitalizing on crisis after crisis, ones in which they themselves help create and prolong.  Elite level child trafficking simply shines a light on how our current level of unconsciousness is creating a world built on disconnection.  Now is a time where these truths are being made transparent.

At the end of the day, we can change things anytime we want. We are indeed that powerful as one human collective.

Judge Orders ‘Extremely Personal’ Documents About Ghislaine Maxwell To Be Unsealed

 Arjun Walia
July 24th, 2020

  • The Facts: The Manhattan Judge who is overseeing a case against Ghislaine Maxwell has ordered sensitive documents pertaining to Maxwell’s private life and communication with Jeffrey Epstein in 2015 to be unsealed.
  • Reflect On: How deep does this go? Who else is involved? Are we choosing to let people who engage in these actions make major political, economical, health, and environmental decisions on our behalf? Do their actions resonate with the world you want to create?

What Happened: Jeffrey Epstein’s right hand person, Ghislaine Maxwell, is currently being held without bond in New York after being arrested in connection to Jeffrey Epstein and her role in the trafficking and sexual abuse of minors.  She pleaded not guilty on July 14th, 2020 and is being held in jail while awaiting her trial, which is set to commence sometime in 2021.

The picture you see above was obtained by The Sun, the full image shows Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein & Ghislaine Maxwell pictured together at Prince Beatrice’s 18th birthday party. Beatrice is the daughter of Prince Andrew. You can view the picture here.

The latest news on her case deals with what apparently is a very extensive collection of “extremely personal” documents that a Manhattan judge ordered to be unsealed. The documents outline with her correspondence with Jeffrey Epstein in 2015.

As the Guardian reports:

In the civil lawsuits, Maxwell’s lawyers had pushed to keep these records secret, claiming previously “this series of pleadings concerns [attempts] to compel Ms Maxwell to answer intrusive questions about her sex life” that are “extremely personal, confidential and subject to considerable abuse by the media”.

The decision over these records stems from Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre’s 2015 civil lawsuit against Maxwell. Giuffre has alleged that Maxwell recruited her to work as Epstein’s masseuse at 15 years old, when she worked as a locker-room attendant in Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in south Florida.

Maxwell’s lawyers are appealing the decision by the Judge, but if unsuccessful it’s going to be very telling to see what type of revelations come out of these documents.

This Topic Goes Deeper Than Anything You’ll See On Netflix

A docuseries about Jeffrey Epstein recently appeared on Netflix called Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich. Being someone who has been researching and bringing awareness to elite level child trafficking, pedophilia, ritual abuse and murder, I wasn’t surprised to see the series that’s come out about Epstein on Netflix not share the full truth about Epstein, his upbringing and why he did what he did.

Based on my research, this issue goes beyond the abuse and grooming of teens who are 15, 16, 17 and 18 years old, but also with young children.

Some are speculating that thee Netflix series is meant to pull attention away from others involved, and make Epstein look like a lone actor.

Furthermore, there is reason to believe that Epstein’s job was actually to entice powerful people within politics to have sex with young women and then ultimately entrap them, whether it’s through photographs, hidden cameras, or through other methods. For example, in an interview with Zev Shalev, former CBS News executive producer and award-winning investigative journalist for Narativ, the former senior executive for Israel’s Directorate of Military Intelligence, Ari Ben-Menashe, claimed not only to have met Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged madame Ghislaine Maxwell, back in the 1980s, but that both Epstein and Maxwell were already working with Israeli intelligence during that time period.

Will this information be told to you via mainstream media? It’s unlikely, but perhaps in years to come.

There are multiple allegations that Epstein was not only a pedophile involved in the trafficking of children, but actually an intelligence agent as well.

The story about Epstein, as well as elite-level child trafficking is a deep one, and it’s quite relevant given the fact that many people who humanity has been made to idolize, and many people in charge of making major decisions within society are involved in these actions.

For those who want to dive in deeper, you can refer to this article I published not long ago: Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell Are Just The Tip of The Iceberg: This Goes Much Deeper

Our Interview With A Survivor of Elite Child Sex Trafficking

We’ve covered this topic a lot because it helps us realize how our world functions so we can choose to make a shift vs simply accepting it and allowing it to continue even if it doesn’t resonate with us. Life is spirituality, spirituality is life, there is no separation. To talk about what is happening in our world explores the human conditions and the consciousness that creates it. As it comes to our awareness, we can choose to make a shift. If it’s not in our awareness, we remain asleep or unconscious, or perhaps only partially conscious.

If we wish to live our full potential, we must awaken to truths in our world, and awaken to who we truly are, then we can create a reality that matches that. Sharing this information helps people to awaken to their full potential in a round about way.

Jeffrey Epstein’s case brings awareness to the bigger picture of the issue, which you will definitely get from the interview below. It’s an interview we put in every article we write about this issue. It’s deep, and it has a consciousness aspect that needs to be understood when it comes to this issue.

Anneke Lucas is an author, speaker, advocate for child sex trafficking victims, founder of the non-profit organization Liberation Prison Yoga, and creator of the Unconditional Model.

Her work is based on her 30-year journey to restore her mental and physical wellbeing after surviving some of the worst atrocities known to humankind before the age of 12. Sold as a young child into a murderous pedophile network by her family, she was rescued after nearly six years of abuse and torture.

Epstein was ‘Pinocchio’ with ‘Gepetto’ Ghislaine Pulling the Strings, Accuser Says

Laura Italiano
July 16, 2020

Ghislaine Maxwell was far worse than Jeffrey Epstein when it came to abusing young women and girls, according to their most outspoken accuser — in fact, she was “Gepetto” to his “Pinocchio.”

“She was pulling the strings,” Virginia Roberts Giuffre told “CBS This Morning” of Maxwell on Thursday, calling Maxwell the mastermind, and a “monster.”

“Ghislaine was much more conniving and smart than Epstein ever was,” Giuffre said.

“I know that woman. I’ve known her really well. Put it this way — Epstein was Pinocchio, and she was Gepetto.”

Giuffre had still more choice words for Maxwell.

“She is a monster. She’s worse than Epstein. She did things even worse than Epstein did. She was vicious. She was evil. And she’s a woman.”

Giuffre called Maxwell’s arrest two weeks ago, on charges that she recruited girls for Epstein, a moment that was “momentous” and “just surreal.”

“It’s one of those life moments that I’ll never forget.”

Also Thursday, it was revealed that Maxwell had secretly taken a husband in order to safeguard her fortune as prosecutors and lawsuit plaintiffs circled closer.

Maxwell’s claimed romantic connection to Epstein himself was also a sham, Christina Oxenberg, a cousin to the British royal family and a one-time pal of Maxwell, has said recently.

Giuffre has said in civil suits and interviews that she was “recruited” into Epstein’s revolving roster of young “slaves” by Maxwell when she was 16 years old.

She has accused Maxwell of ordering her to bed Prince Andrew three times when she was 17, a claim the prince has denied.

Maxwell remains held without bail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Maxwell’s Alleged Victims Expected to Speak at Bail Hearing

July 13, 2020

Alleged victims of the longtime associate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein are expected to testify at the defendant’s arraignment and bail hearing, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Alison Moe.

One or more of the victims are expected to ask the court to keep Ghislaine Maxwell detained pending trial, Moe wrote in a memo (pdf) opposing Maxwell’s request to be released on bail.

Maxwell was charged on July 2 in connection with her alleged role in enticing, grooming, and sexually exploiting girls as young as 14. She has denied the charges and plans to defend herself in court.

Two of the alleged victims had not spoken to law enforcement until 2019. Their stories, according to the prosecutors, share remarkably similar details about Maxwell.

“The powerful testimony of these victims, who had strikingly similar experiences with Maxwell, together with documentary evidence and witness testimony, will conclusively establish that the defendant groomed the victims for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein,” the prosecutors’ memo states.

A coroner ruled that Epstein committed suicide in 2019 while in federal custody awaiting trial for sexually trafficking minor girls.

Maxwell’s attorneys had previously argued that their client’s wealth and citizenship in multiple countries are insufficient rationale for denying their client bail. The defense also rejected a claim by the prosecutors that Maxwell has been effectively hiding out at a New Hampshire estate.

The prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York doubled down on the allegation that Maxwell was hiding out. A guard who had been hired to protect Maxwell told the FBI that she had never left the property during his time on the job. Instead of venturing out, Maxwell provided her security guard with a credit card under the name of the same limited liability company used to purchase the estate and sent him to make purchases for the property, according to the prosecutors.

In arguing that Maxwell should not be granted bail, the prosecutors noted that during the FBI’s raid of the New Hampshire property, Maxwell could be seen through a window retreating further inside the house. After she was captured in one of the interior rooms, agents sweeping the house found a cellphone wrapped in aluminum foil, an apparent attempt to avoid detection by authorities, according to the court papers.

Maxwell, a former girlfriend of Epstein, came under the spotlight on the heels of Epstein’s reported suicide. She claims to not have been in contact with him in more than a decade.

Maxwell is charged with enticing and conspiring to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, transporting minors with the same purpose, and perjury. Given her age, she faces the prospect of spending most of the rest of her life in prison.

Maxwell’s attorneys had argued that she’s not a flight risk because she has significant emotional ties to the children of her siblings who reside in the United States. The prosecution countered in the July 13 memo that her extended stay at the New Hampshire property means she was capable of maintaining the relationships remotely.

Another factor adding to Maxwell’s flight risk, the government noted, is that France, one of the countries where Maxwell has citizenship, doesn’t extradite its citizens. Maxwell’s attorney had also listed a property outside the United States as a guarantee of her bail, which prosecutors say would be difficult to recover and sell if the defendant flees. The prosecutors also say Maxwell’s list of six unnamed guarantors with unknown financial means is insufficient.

“Instead of attempting to address the risks of releasing a defendant with apparent access to extraordinary financial resources, who has the ability to live beyond the reach of extradition in France, and who has already demonstrated a willingness and ability to live in hiding, the defendant instead proposes a bail package that amounts to little more than an unsecured bond,” the government memo states.Follow Ivan on Twitter: @ivanpentchoukov

The US Prosecutor Wants Prince Andrew To Speak With The FBI After Ghislaine Maxwell’s Arrest

  • The Facts: U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss, who is involved in working Ghislane Maxwell’s case, welcomes Prince Andrew’s co-operation with the FBI.
  • Reflect On: Will Prince Andrew be the only high profile person to go down? Could this be a dam that breaks to truly has the majority of the population questioning the character of many people in positions of power? Will this spur conscious self-governance?

What Happened: Jeffrey Epstein’s right hand person, Ghislaine Maxwell was recently arrested on charges connected to Jeffrey Epstein with regards to child sex trafficking and abuse. Now, the acting U.S. attorney Audrey Strauss, said U.S. prosecutors would “welcome Prince Andrew coming in to talk to us” during a press conference announcing the charges against Maxwell on Thursday, as many media outlets are now reporting.

“We would like to have the benefit of his statement,” Strauss told reporters. Virginia Roberts Giuffre, a survivor of Epstein’s abuse, has claimed he and Maxwell trafficked her to have sex with Prince Andrew three times when she was 17 in 2001.

This isn’t the first time the Royal Family has been implicated in such activity. A member of the Royal family was claimed to be part of a suspected pedophile ring under investigation by the police in the late 1980s, a former Metropolitan police officer has said.  The officer was told by a detective sergeant that the investigation into the ring, which was also claimed to include an MP, was shut down for national security reasons. “I was in a car with two other vice squad officers … The detective sergeant said he had just had a major child abuse investigation shut down by the CPS regarding a royal and an MP,” he told the Sunday Mirror newspaper. “He did not mention names, but he said the CPS had said it was not in the public’s interest because it ‘could destabilise national security’.”

In fact, there are many examples from many different countries within Europe that correlate with elite level pedophilia and not only sexual abuse of children, but physical abuse as well as the murder of them. Multiple Royal Families have been implicated, as well as Vatican Personnel, high ranking global leaders, politicians and more.

This is not to say all are involved, but from the outside looking in, it seems a significant amount are.
