UK Court Issues Formal Order to Extradite WikiLeaks’ Assange to the U.S.

Sophie Mann
April 20th, 2022

A United Kingdom court on Wednesday issued a formal order to extradite WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange to the United States to stand trial over the publication of national secrets pertaining to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The final decision now rests in the hands of U.K. Interior Minister Priti Patel. However, Assange’s legal team will still have the opportunity to appeal any decision within 14 days.

Last month, Assange was denied permission to appeal to the U.K. Supreme Court against actions to extradite him to the United States, where a conviction could mean a lifetime prison sentence.

In the U.S., Assange would face trial in connection to the 500,000 secret military files he leaked to the public relating to the actions of the United States in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Early last year, Assange successfully argued that he was a suicide risk who could not be kept in solitary confinement at a maximum security facility in America.

The U.S. government, however, appealed the reprieve and made assurances that Assange would not be held in isolation at a federal supermax facility.

Assange has since unsuccessfully attempted to appeal the most recent ruling, but the British court denied the appeal application on the grounds that it “didn’t raise any arguable point of law.”

Swamp Steps In? DOJ, SEC Launch “Joint Investigation” Targeting Elon Musk as He Attempts His ‘Hostile Takeover’ of Twitter: Reports

Julian Conradson
Published April 17, 2022

Elon Musk isn’t one to back down from a challenge, and he is proving that fact yet again in his ongoing attempt to purchase Twitter outright in a bid to restore freedom of speech to the internet. However, his bold move caused the establishment to put a target on his back. As of this week, both Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have reportedly opened new investigations into the billionaire Tesla founder, according to reports.

Curious timing.

Earlier this week, Fox Business Senior Correspondent Charlie Gasparino broke the news of Biden’s alphabet agencies’ turning their sights on Musk in an appearance on ‘Cavuto: Coast to Coast.’ The longtime legal expert explained that as of right now, it is unclear what Musk has done that warrants the federal probes, but the Twitter takeover likely has a lot to do with it.

Gasparino pointed out that Musk has “stirred up a regulatory hornet’s nest” and the SEC is scrutinizing every little detail of his recent stock trades, looking to nab him on some small technicality.

From Gasparino:

“Both the DOJ and the SEC are clearly scrutinizing this entire matter. Now, we’re getting this from lawyers… they’re clearly monitoring and scrutinizing this entire issue – whether he filed the right forms, whether there’s a stock manipulation case here, whether he’s making public statements that he probably shouldn’t make… What we do know is that he’s stirred up a regulatory hornets’ nest. DOJ, SEC, I’m getting this from lawyers who deal with them.”

Gasparino followed up with more details in a tweet on Thursday:

“[Elon Musk] offers to buy the rest of [Twitter] a legal source tells [Fox Business] [SEC] and [DOJ] have launched what he described as a ‘joint investigation’ into a myriad of Musk regulatory issues primarily involving [Tesla}.”

Musk has gone toe to toe with the SEC in the past, calling it out publicly for filing a complaint against him after he tweeted about taking Tesla private in 2018. At that time, Musk fired back at the federal agency, saying that the action against him was “unjustified” and rejected any claims of wrongdoing completely.

Nevertheless, Musk eventually settled with the SEC, with both him and his company each paying a fine of $20 million in addition to some restrictions surrounding his public statements and his stepping down as the CEO of Tesla.

But this isn’t the same SEC or DOJ, and it isn’t the same type of dissent. This new “joint investigation” is that much more concerning if it takes place. Musk is taking a stand the establishment just can’t afford to let succeed.

Big tech, the legacy media, politicians in the DC swamp, and elites alike have resoundingly condemned Musk’s crusade because the success of their radical anti-American agenda relies completely on silencing the truths that contradict the approved narratives. Twitter itself is even jeopardizing its own financial prospects and betraying its shareholders in a desperate attempt to fend off the hostile takeover bid. Capitalists don’t turn down a free $10 billion dollars, which is what Musk offered over Twitter’s market value – radical ideologues focused on controlling people’s thoughts for the sake of their dystopian agenda do.

Without the ability for mass censorship of dissenting thoughts, which is what Twitter provides in excess, the propaganda would not have the same effect. The unhinged meltdown to condemn free speech by media elitists has exposed exactly how radical they truly are.

In just one example, the progressive activists at the LA Times  said it  outright: Musk buying the left’s most effective censorship tool would create “more freedom” and “less democracy.” ‘Democracy’ in this case means the (il)liberal world order, of course.

As Revolver News put it last week, “the world’s richest man might be on the cusp of launching a global crusade to restore freedom of speech” – so, naturally, the Biden regime and the sycophants in the media can’t just sit around and let it happen.

It’s Been 80 Days Since Maxwell’s Conviction and Not a Single Child Rapist Client Has Been Arrested

By Matt Agorist

It has been nearly three months since a jury found Ghislaine Maxwell guilty on 5 of the 6 counts of luring and grooming underage girls for sexual abuse by Jeffrey Epstein and his pedophile cohorts.

Due to the nature of her charges, Maxwell could face a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.

  • Count 1: Conspiracy to entice a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count 2: Enticing a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count 3: Conspiracy to transport a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count 4: Transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity – maximum sentence of 10 years
  • Count 5: Conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count 6: Sex trafficking of minors – maximum sentence of 40 years

US District Judge Alison J. Nathan has stated that Maxwell will be sentenced on June 28 and we’ve heard nothing else since.

Despite the high-profile nature of Maxwell’s conviction, and the deep desire by those paying attention to see her customers held accountable, coverage of her situation in the mainstream media became non-existent. Instead, the talking heads went back to bashing their bogeymen to stoke divide. All the while, no one in the legacy media is asking the tough questions like “who the hell were her customers and why aren’t we going after them?”

While Ukraine coverage is certainly warranted, looming world war serves as a convenient distraction for the perpetrators of these crimes and the interest in exposing those who committed them.

While a US court has since ruled that the sex assault case against Prince Andrew can proceed, no other clients have been brought to light. The fact that many politicians who could be marching us to war right now, may be these clients, it of great concern to many.

Yet here we are.

It is almost as if Maxwell served as a sacrificial lamb to the federal government; and in exchange for her blood, any lights shining into the Jeffery Epstein pedophilia case would be turned off by the establishment — forever — and refocused back to fear mongering and distraction.

What’s more, documents were recently obtained under Freedom of Information Act requests that reportedly show the US Bureau of Prisons bent facts to support the Jeffrey Epstein suicide narrative.

Ironically enough, the only ones who reported on this corruption were the Russian media at RT who have since been banned throughout Europe and shut down here in the United States. The details of the documents reveal exactly why the establishment needs to maintain control over the narrative.

Documents obtained under Freedom of Information laws by RT investigative unit The Detail include startling records revealing how the US Bureau of Prisons (BOP) moved to shut down any and all public debate about the cause of Jeffrey Epstein’s death. Along the way, evidence was distorted, material facts ignored, and key anomalies unexplored and unpublicized.

After being found dead in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center on August 10, 2019, the records show that the Bureau issued statements to journalists and Epstein’s family categorically stating he’d committed suicide. The result was international news outlets universally and unquestioningly reporting that Epstein had taken his own life from the word go, despite Chief Medical Examiner Barbara Sampson having reached no conclusion at that time, and making clear in a statement the next day that the investigation was open and ongoing.

It was not until August 16 that Sampson publicly declared Epstein’s death had been a suicide. The ruling was contested by leading forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden, who’d been hired by the billionaire’s brother to monitor the autopsy process. Speaking to the Miami Herald two months later, he charged that “the autopsy did not support suicide,’’ and that the pathologist who conducted it had recorded this.

There are countless unanswered questions that plague the Maxwell/Epstein case, yet corporate media would have you believe that we need to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine to start nuclear war with Russia.

How is it that the public knows more names of victims of Epstein and Maxwell than they know clients? How’s that possible? Why are these pedophiles being protected and who is protecting them?

In 2015, Gawker leaked an alleged copy of Maxwell’s black book which contained over 1,000 names of elite politicians, actors, and billionaires including Prince Andrew, Alec Baldwin, Tony Blair, and Michael Bloomberg, Donald Trump, Ted Kennedy, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, corrupt lawyer Alan Dershowitz, and scores of underage victims were all listed in this book as well and yet the case stops here with Maxwell’s conviction?

Prosecutors cited the book and the listing of the names of the girls as key evidence against Maxwell. “This book, Maxwell’s book, proves to you that Maxwell is guilty,” Assistant US attorney Alison Moe said during closing arguments.

But what about everyone else in it?!

“Maxwell did not act alone. Others must be held accountable,” tweeted victim Virginia Giuffre who recently settled a lawsuit with one of her alleged rapists, Prince Andrew. But no one else has.

In an article by Gaby Hinsliff from The Guardian, Hinsleff called for the spotlight to be turned to the rich men Ghislaine Maxwell trafficked girls for. That was 80 days ago and there has been no such spotlight. In fact, darkness now encompasses the entire case.

Jussie Smollett to Be Released from Jail on Bond

Madeleine Hubbard
March 16th, 2022

Jussie Smollett will be released from the Cook County jail on orders from court as the actor appeals his conviction of lying to Chicago police about a homophobic and racist attack.

Smollett was sentenced last week to 150 days in jail and 30 months of probation for his crimes. The judge slammed the actor as “profoundly arrogant, selfish and narcissistic” for faking the attack.

Smollett’s attorneys filed an appeal to overturn his sentence. The appeals court ordered that he post $150,000 in a personal recognizance bond before going free as the appeal is pending, The Associated Press reported.

Smollett’s attorneys argued their client would have completed his sentence by the time the court made a decision on the appeal. They also said Smollett would be in physical danger if he remained in jail.

Smollett was convicted in December on five felony disorderly conduct charges related to the hate crime hoax.

The former “Empire” actor filed a police report in January 2019 claiming that while he was out getting a Subway sandwich in Chicago in the middle of one of the coldest nights of the year, two men wearing MAGA gear assaulted him in a racist and homophobic attack.

Police later discovered that he paid two Nigerian immigrant brothers to stage the attack.

Immediately after his sentence, Smollett raised his fist and screamed about his innocence in the courtroom.

“I am not suicidal and I am innocent. I could have said that I was guilty a long time ago,” he yelled as deputy sheriffs led him off to begin his 150-day sentence.

Ontario Premier Orders GiveSendGo To Freeze Funds For Anti-Mandate Protesters

Less than a week after GoFundMe, at the behest of the Mayor of Ottawa and Justin Trudeau, summarily closed their fundraiser which had exceeded $10 million, Ontario’s Premier, Doug Ford, has issued an order that essentially freezes any funds that have been raised thus far from the alternate crowdsourcing site ‘GiveSendGo’.

Freezing money from gofundme and givesendgo does not happen in a democratic country.

That is a full blow communism move.

Canadians are not allowed to do what they want with their own money.

If this is allowed with no recourse, it will eventually be much worse.

— Alexander Roberto (@alexrnicholas) February 10, 2022

As April McAbee reports via CitizenStringer.com, the order specifically states that the fundraising platform GiveSendGo is prohibited from doing anything with the funds.

Statement from the Office of the Premier of Ontario

“Today, the Attorney General brought an application in the Superior Court of Justice for an order pursuant to section 490.8 of the Criminal Code prohibiting any person from disposing of, or otherwise dealing with, in any manner whatsoever, any and all monetary donations made through the Freedom Convoy 2022 and Adopt-a-Trucker campaign pages on the GiveSendGo online fundraising platform.

This afternoon, the order was issued. It binds any and all parties with possession or control over these donations.”

Ivana Yelich

Executive Director of Media Relations Office of the Premier of Ontario

According to Katie Simpson, a CBC correspondent, “a spokesperson for the Premier’s office says this essentially means the funds are frozen for now.”

And the Americans are coming…

NEW – a White House official says members of the Biden administration held a series of high level calls with their Canadian counterparts, urging them to use their federal powers to end the blockades, offering the full support of the Department of Homeland Security.

— Katie Simpson (@CBCKatie) February 10, 2022

GiveSendGo has yet to make a statement on the order.

In a statement on Monday when the company agreed to host the fundraiser, the platform stated, “GiveSendGo stands for hope and freedom. We recognize the freedoms we have are God-given, not authorized by governments, but rather freedoms that ought to be protected by our governments.”

The GiveSendGo fundraiser had raised almost 8.5 million dollars at the time the order was issued.

Just as Mark Jeftovic exclaimed last week, this proves bitcoin’s use-case, and just as we anticipated, it looks like a crypto-based crowd-funding platform Tallycoin remains as a method for Canadian truckers re-route their donations to help support the people on the front lines of the protest.

Anybody interested in the new platform can donate as little as a single Satoshi (presently, about 2,400 satoshis make up $1), and the fundraiser has a target of 2,100,000,000, and has raise 1.594 billion Sats so far (around $700,000).

The fundraiser on Tallycoin has the following message affixed to it:

“The Canadian Bitcoin community would like to have a second financial access point for #FreedomConvoy2022. Legacy financial infrastructure can sometimes be politicized and clamped down upon, whereas Bitcoin is a truly censorship resistant method of communicating value. Don’t allow your voices to be silenced, and don’t allow your financial sovereignty to be trampled upon.

As Jeftovic explainedneedless to say Bitcoin fixes this.

Today it is GoFundMe. In the future, when central banks roll out Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), it’ll be all economic activity that falls within the purview of national and Supra-national government and bureaucracy.

When those days arrive, everybody who will be reliant on government economic entitlements will be enduring a type of neo-Fuedalism: veritably digital slavery.

…Donating to #FreedomConvoy? Listening to Joe Rogan Experience? Those aren’t approved activities. That’ll cost you some demerits.

Capitol Police Accused Of Spying on Members Of Congress, Staffers

Cullen McCue
February 8th, 2022

The inspector general for the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) has opened a formal investigation into whether the law enforcement agency has been inappropriately surveilling elected members of Congress, their staff, and visitors to their offices. USCP Chief J. Thomas Manger confirmed the opening of the inspector general investigation in his response to congressional inquiries about USCP police tactics.

According to an article from Politico, the USCP intelligence unit has been compiling information on individuals who meet with lawmakers. Among those who have been subject to new Capitol Police scrutiny are Congressional staffers, three separate sources told Politico. All spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the matter.  Most of those surveilled by the UCSP have not committed or been accused of a crime, but the agency argues the measures are necessary, citing the 2021 U.S. Capitol protests, which the UCSP refers to as an “insurrection.”

Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-N.D.) said in an interview that he is unaware of any members who know about the “very, very bad” practice.  “Whatever they think that sounds like for security, it sounds dangerously close — if not already over the line — to spying on members of Congress, their staff, their constituents and their supporters,” said Armstrong. “Anybody involved with implementing this without making it known to the actual members of Congress should resign or be fired immediately,” he added.

Per Politico, analysts in the department’s intelligence division have put together documents called Congressional Event Assessments for years. That process entails the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms, Congress’ chambers’ internal logistical and security leaders sharing information with Capitol Police on lawmakers’ plans for meetings and events away from the Capitol. After the Capitol protests, analysts were instructed to look closely at the people meeting privately and publicly with members. The changes were implemented by former Department of Homeland Security official Julie Farnam, who joined the unit in fall of 2020.

Farnam’s new template instructed analysts to scour the social media feeds of individuals who meet with lawmakers or attend their events. It also told Capitol Police analysts to search for information about lawmakers’ opponents and their opponents’ supporters. “List and search all political opponents to see if they or their followers intend to attend or disrupt the event,” reads the template, according to Politico.

The Capitol Police defended their practices in a statement. “The more public information we have, the better we can understand what kind and how much security is necessary.”

On Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Troy Nehls (R-TX) accused the Capitol Police of entering his office and photographing confidential legislative information. “On November 20th, 2021, Capitol Police entered my office without my knowledge and photographed confidential legislative products protected by the Speech and Debate clause enshrined in the Constitution, Article 1 Section 6,” Nells wrote in a tweet.

According to Nehls, USCP intelligence agents again tried to gain entry to his office two days later while Congress was in recess. “Upon discovering a member of my staff, special agents dressed like construction workers began to question him as to the contents of a photograph taken illegally two days earlier,” Nells wrote in a follow-up tweet. “They had no authority to photograph my office, let alone investigate myself or members of my staff. So, why is the Capitol Police Leadership maliciously investigating me in an attempt to destroy me and my character?”

According to The Federalist, an IG investigation has been opened at the behest of Capitol Police Chief Tom Manger. “The inspector general is independent, so we cannot comment on his behalf,” a USCP spokesman told The Federalist. “But the chief has requested such a review as he is confident the USCP security assessments are legal, appropriate, and strictly limited to gathering basic information about events to ensure the safety of members of Congress.”

Canada Police Threaten People Bringing Supplies to Freedom Convoy with Arrest

Jack Davis, The Western Journal
February 7th, 2022

Ottawa police have warned supporters of the Freedom Convoy that anyone helping the truckers protesting vaccine mandates could be arrested.

The warning came in a Twitter post issued shortly before 2 p.m. Eastern time that declared: “IMPORTANT: Anyone attempting to bring material supports (gas, etc.) to the demonstrators could be subject to arrest. Enforcement is underway.”

Earlier Sunday, Ottawa police announced via Twitter that more than 450 tickets had been issued since Saturday morning as part of an effort to “reduce the impacts of demonstrators in the downtown core.”

“Overnight, demonstrators exhibited extremely disruptive and unlawful behavior, which presented risks to public safety and unacceptable distress for Ottawa residents,” police said in a statement, according to The Washington Post.

An estimated 500 vehicles remain in Ottawa, according to Fox News. The Freedom Convoy, which began in British Columbia, was developed as a protest against vaccine mandates. Organizers have not said when the protest will end.

“Let me assure the people of Ottawa that we have no intent to stay one day longer than necessary,” Tamara Lich, one of the convoy’s organizers, told reporters last week, according to the Post. “Our departure will be based on the prime minister doing what is right: Ending all mandates and restrictions on our freedoms.”

Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly called the protest “a siege.”

“It is something that is different in our democracy than I’ve ever experienced in my life,” he said Saturday, according to the Post.

“The demonstrators … remain highly organized, well-funded, extremely committed to resisting all attempts to end the demonstrations safely. This remains, as it was from the beginning, an increasingly volatile and increasingly dangerous demonstration.”

A report in the Ottawa Citizen said that Ontario Solicitor General Sylvia Jones said that policing the protest  “is a responsibility carried out by local police services across Ontario, who have the resources and authority to ensure their communities remain safe. Politicians at all levels cannot direct the police. To be clear: police services, including the Ottawa Police Service, have full discretion and extensive existing legislative authority under the Criminal Code to respond to and manage demonstrations and take enforcement action, as appropriate, against any individuals committing crimes in their jurisdiction.”

Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson felt differently about the protest.

“The situation at this point is completely out of control, because the individuals with the protest are calling the shots,” he said in a radio interview Sunday, according to the Ottawa Citizen. “They have far more people than we have police officers, and I’ve indicated to the chief that we have to be much more nimble and proactive when it comes to these activities.”

Former President Donald Trump on Friday issued a statement in support of the truckers.

“The Freedom Convoy is peacefully protesting the harsh policies of far-left lunatic Justin Trudeau who has destroyed Canada with insane Covid mandates,” Trump said in his statement.

The statement scolded efforts to block a similar convoy in America from using social media to organize. On Wednesday, Facebook removed the personal account of a man organizing a “Convoy to D.C. 2022,” according to Fox News.

“Now, thankfully, the Freedom Convoy could be coming to DC with American Truckers who want to protest Biden’s ridiculous Covid policies. Facebook is canceling the accounts of Freedom Convoy USA, and GoFundMe is denying access to funds that belong to the Freedom Convoy. This is unacceptable and extremely dangerous in any country that values free expression,” Trump’s statement said.
